This Casio men's G-Shock watch has a classic analog display but is filled with high-tech features. The stainless steel case is shock resistant and houses a blue dial that has white dashes for indexes. Three sub-dials provide chronograph functionality, and there is a date window between the four and five o'clock positions. The watch runs on solar power, and will last for four months on a full charge without need for further sunlight. The watch calibrates itself to the official US atomic clock for unsurpassed accuracy. The watch has a daily alarm, world time for 29 time zones, and a calendar pre-programmed until the year 2099. It has a black resin band and is water resistant to 660 feet (200 meters). It is covered by a manufacturer's 1-year warranty.

 'not reliable' 2009-09-15
By M. Boissonneault (Montreal)
This watch worked perfectly for about 6 months, then, its stop indicating the time. I read thoroughly the instruction; contact the Casio service (which is not very good either). Finally I decided to buy a Timex for a fraction of that price. A lot of features but not reliable at all.

 'Nice Watch' 2009-09-07
By A. Schad (Beaumont Tx)
Pro's-
Heavy watch and watch face isn't too big.
Solar atomic.
Blue face.

Cons-
Poor night lumination
Poor atomic signal reception in SE Tx. Only synchronizes about once every 4-5 days.

Overall a great watch, I've been using it for about a month now and it's perfect for my job which requires many hours out in the field. Resin band is great for everyday use. Would definitely recommend.

'Excellent watch but quiet alarm sound' 2009-08-13
By John Wreathall (Columbus, Ohio)
This watch is great. You have to be willing to read the nerdy manual but it works fine and is easier to use after the first few times playing with it. My only complaint is that the alarm sound is very quiet and cannot be relied on to act as an alarm clock. Or even a reminder.

 'Cool, Fast and Patience' 2009-05-19
By C. D. Fadri (New York, NY)
I've been looking for a watch that can satisfy my needs and i found this G-shock Giez, at first my choice is the black face but when i read some review here in the net, i realize that the blue face is so COOL, so i decided to order the GS1100-2A. Whoah when order it last wed it came yesterday (mon) the delivery is FAST and the packaging of the item is secured since im living in a apartment. The very first thing i learn from this watch is to be PATIENCE, oh yes!! patience baby!, cause you have to read thoroughly the manual for you to figure out how to use the buttom, again this is a Atomic watch. Overall...this is a great watch for me, rugged but classy!!!...
