Everyone irrespective of age experiences backache. The age, whether young or old, male or female, height or weight is not matter to backache. The backache can occur any time of the day or night.
The prevention of backache is very important to everyone for a health working. If the backache is not due an injury some simple steps available to prevent it..
1. Avoid any sudden strain.
2. Apply heat pack or a cold pack in the affected part. Heat pads are more ideal.
3. Use some mild medication if necessary without upsetting your stomach.
4. Preferably use a massage oil and massage the affected part.
5 Exercise regularly to loosen up the back.
6 Do exercises to strengthen the abdominal muscles.
7 Stretching will help prevent backache.
8 While sitting for along period support your back properly using a soft pillow or cushion.
9 Do not bend down and lift anything. Raise yourself at the knees.
10 If you want to carry a weight to a longer distance use a mechanical device to leverage.
11 Sleep with your back. Use a pillow to raise your knees.
12. If backache sustains longer period take rest.
