If you’ve been under an Xbox-shaped rock, Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is the third game in a phenomenally good series, and the sequel to 2009’s Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. In this new episode, Drake and his dusty sidekick “Sully” are searching for the “Atlantis of the Sands, a secret city nestled deep in the Rub Al-Khali Desert. And while we’re sure there’s lots of baddies chomping at the bit to get a piece of Drake when he shows up, just getting there will be an adventure this time.
In Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, there’s a “clandestine order” that will stop at nothing, including making Drake face his deepest fears, to keep him and his crew from reaching the mystical city. They have deep pockets too, which comes in handy when creating an endless supply of thugs to throw in Drake’s way.
The demo of Uncharted 3 looks downright amazing, with lots of globe-trotting and visually stunning effects.
Come on Fall, just get here already!
