Workout Schedule for men: 3 Day Workout Routine
With the 3 day workout routine you can schedule your workout at any time of day or day that you are available throughout the week. But even though you get to choose which days you will be training your body, it does not mean that you can slack off. You should always aim to have as much exercise as possible in any given day that you are available. If you are training to be an MMA fighter, then you should also have an effective MMA workout schedule combined with intense workout schedules for men to keep your body and fighting level at its best. Or you can use UFC workout and diet. Here is a suggested combination for the easy 3 day workout schedule for men.
A Sample Workout Schedule for men:
Day 1- Chest, Abdominal Muscles and Back muscles. You should aim to train these three muscle areas by doing cardiovascular exercises for 30 minutes.
Day 2- Rest Day
Day 3- Legs, Shoulders, Abdominal Muscles, and Cardiovascular Muscles should be trained in the next day for 30 minutes. You can combine stability and cardiovascular exercises for better efficiency.
Day 4- Rest Day
Day 5- Triceps, Biceps, and the abdominal muscles should be trained using strength exercises combined with a couple cardiovascular exercises for 30 minutes.
