Production high mast lighting in parts of Asia: design, production and quality guidelines.

In the street lighting application, high mast lighting poles are very important assets to any local authorities. High mast poles are not like any conventional lighting columns. With average height ranging from 12 meters to 40 meters, one single pole can spread the artificial light to a wider area than conventional lighting structures. A high masts height is also its unique feature making it a very useful lighting structure that can be used to satisfy a variety of purposes in the most cost effective way possible. In the darkness, the thieves might lurk in dark corners waiting for people to walk by to steal their belongings.

Because of such heights, they constantly face strong winds which easily knock them down. It means that the light source from high above will be high enough to light up the whole fields or stadiums without causing too many flares which might affect the athletes? Furthermore, renting a cherry picker is not cheap and you will have to spend quite a lot of money in order to maintain all the lighting poles. This kind of work station, however, is not at all safe because there is still the possibility that the platform might collapse when the workers trying to reach the light fixtures mounted on the high mast lighting poles. And then the system will raise the light units to the top and put them back to normal operation. However, in order to have those panels hung on the poles, marketing agencies must get approval by city councils to avoid any legal implications concerned with aesthetic aspect of the advertisement panels on each high mast lighting pole.
