I’m a professional athlete and until not long ago I had never even heard of acid reflux come to think of having it. I was getting ready for the high jump event at a state championship when just before I felt a little hungry. I went to the local vendor and asked him for a packet of chips. While I was eating the chips I noticed that I was becoming more and more thirsty so I decided to get a drink of water to quench my thirst. On the way to the drinking fountain I saw a vending machine that was selling orange juice. I bought a bottle of that instead and started to drink.

After I had completed the high jump I began to feel a surging feeling in my stomach which moved up into my chest. It seemed as if I had a blockage or pain in there somewhere. I asked my coach and he suggested that it could be heartburn. We talked for a while about it and he said that the best thing to do would be to sit down and rest for a while. It only got worse so we asked some other people for advice. One man suggest that we tried the best heartburn home remedies as these are natural ways that people sometimes rid themselves of the condition. I don’t usually go for new age medicine type things but I thought this was worth a shot. I went back to the vending machine and got myself a carton of milk. The milk was unfortunately out of date – someone must have forgotten to replace the old ones in the machine.

That night when I was at a party I got talking to another guy who told me he had the same problem every time he drank alcohol or ate a large meal. I asked him what drugs he thought were best to take and he smiled and said, ‘none’. He told me that real acid reflux relief comes once you’ve got a method and timetable and routine to tackle it. He said that he had found a guide which had shown him exactly how to combat his acid reflux relief and that if I wanted to have a look at it then I was more than welcome. Well I thought to myself, I can’t pursue my athlete goals if I have this problem so I should probably see what this guide has to offer.

A week later a package arrived for me. Click here to see some awesome pages about this. I opened it and inside found a book and a card. The card said, ‘ I thought you might need this if you want to get rid of your heartburn problem. This book is full of acid reflux relief tips and I’m sure you can benefit from it in some way. I don’t need it anymore as I’ve already fixed my problem and can remember most of the stuff in here anyway. Good luck’. I smiled and opened the first page and started to read. Some of the stuff inside this book was amazing.
