Why put up using hand and wrist pain whenever you don't have to. If you're at all like me and suffer from RSI, tendon, muscle and the occasional pinched nerve in your hands and wrists, maybe you should try my simple but effective solution that will assist you control your pain.
For over decade now I have lived with sore and painful wrists and hands especially when I play golf or do physical activities that puts pressure on my wrists and hands. Even doing simple things like picking up a mug of tea or coffee may cause a sharp hand twinge.
Over the years I've tried things enjoy regular hand and wrist bandages, straps, supports, products, cold and heat back packs and rigid taping. These worked to a point but carry out really relieved or got down to where the real soreness originated.
So after many attempts I came up with a method that has worked for me for quite a while now. Using this technique allows me to continue playing golf and do many other physical activities that I've had to avoid in the past. I'm not suggesting my method is wonderful for every ones hand together with wrist problems -- nevertheless it just might help some people. I doubt it will continue to work or be of almost any benefit for arthritis pain.
The general idea is always to tackle your hand and wrist pain directly at its source to relieve the reason the pain with demand, offer some support in addition to a little heat. This is a short-term solution to be done only whilst you are engaged inside activity, then you take away the tapings and discard them.
I don't technically know the way or why my approach works, all I know and care about is that it will give me hand and wrist pain relief.
The first item Make the most of is regular blu-tack that are being sold in strips for several dollars from your nearby newsagent or office supply store. I use about 7 and 8 pieces rolled into little balls for each hand based on the location points of the pain at the time, it is rolled into various size balls which might be then placed on the acceptable areas.
Next Make the most of precut strips of strict tape or Kinesio Tex tape containing more stretch to cover every single pieces of blue-tack to hold them in place, this applies some moderate pressure in the blu-tack balls.
A final step is to move on elastic bandage above the tapes to hold them available and apply some much more pressure. The blu-tack gets slowly pushed down further into the painful area, which provides relief.
Often when i grip my golf club with my right hand I'm able to barely hold it due to the pain in the thumb and index finger joints, however after applying my blu-tack, tape and elastic bandage method I not any longer experience the pain in this particular V joint. wrist purse
