Such technologies include, but are not limited to: genetic engineering (e.g. recombinant DNA, gene therapy, cloning, antisense); hybridoma technology (to produce monoclonal antibodies); polymerase chain reaction or PCR amplification; gene mapping; DNA sequencing; restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis; and protein engineering.
