Who does MSM imagine is going to be appalled by a story like this in 2007? Florida retirees who are members of the local bible and bingo league?

A similar ridiculous fuss was made when Janet Jackson’s breast slipped from cover at the Super Bowl.
and the planet in slow meltdown, you would think these trivialities would cease to obsess.

It’s also to Disney’s credit that it is standing by her
So Vanessa Hudgens, star of Disney’s “High School Musical” has a nude photo on the internet.

Big deal.

But apparently not.

After all she is a ‘family’ star and the photos don’t exactly complement the image Disney has helped to promote.

Hudgens is 19 and the photo itself is so tame you would have to be an unplugged puritanical recluse to be shocked.

It is to Hudgens’ credit that she had the good sense to quickly acknowledge that the photos were hers, and had the grace to offer a public apology.

The shock and horror of MSM, often with FOX news leading the charge, when something like this comes to light is so old in the context of American realities, it amounts to little more than a storm in a teacup.

Obviously the photos capture a private moment.

But bottom line this is a fuss about very little.

Truth is these photos will almost certainly help Vanessa Hudgens' career once the fuss dies down.

There is nothing in the least bit salacious about the photo.

What should upset people aren’t the photos.

The fact that they are now all over the internet isn’t a reflection on Vanessa Hudgens, it’s a reflection on the associate who took advantage of their friendship.

You can check out an artfully censored version of one of the photos here and decide for yourself.

The betrayal of Hudgens trust is the real crime.
With people dying in Iraq.

It’s not exactly earth shattering news in an era when presidents and senators have been exposed in much more compromising positions.

They have put her on the map, and most people have noticed the way in which she dealt with the embarrassment of being outed by a cad.

Anyway here are some of Vanessa Hudgens most beautiful pictures !!

Without a BBFC certificate, the game can't legally be sold here.
There are too many parents ignorant of the meaning of game certification, some who imagine gaming's just for kids and others who simply don't care.

While many countries have voluntary game rating schemes, the UK's certification process is mandated by the Video Recordings Act of 1984, ammended in 1993, which obliges publishers producing visual material that depicts realistic or semi-realistic people to have their material certified by the BBFC
would involve a range of unjustifiable harm risks, to both adults and minors, within the terms of the Video Recordings Act, and accordingly that its availability, even if statutorily confined to adults, would be unacceptable to the public," the organisation said.
However, the BBFC suggested Manhunt 2 could not be so modified, leaving it no choice but to refuse certification.

Rockstar has the right to appeal against the decision, but at this stage it's not known whether it will do so.

The Act applies to games, videos, DVDs and cinema releases.

In short, the BBFC believes it's not worth risking the game falling into the hands of kids, which retail restrictions aside, on past evidence we all know it surely will.
The certificate - U, PG, 12, 12A, 15 or 18 - defines to which age groups a work may be sold.

The BBFC can demand publishers and developers tweak titles that fail to make the grade, or cut material in order to gain a certificate or one allowing it to be sold to a lower age group.
Selling a certified work to an inappropriate age group is a crime under the Act.

The BBFC's verdict of the game is damning: "Manhunt 2 is distinguishable from recent high-end video games by its unremitting bleakness and callousness of tone in an overall game context which constantly encourages visceral killing with exceptionally little alleviation or distancing," the organisation said today

"There is sustained and cumulative casual sadism in the way in which these killings are committed, and encouraged, in the game," it added, and highlighted "the game's unrelenting focus on stalking and brutal slaying and the sheer lack of alternative pleasures on offer to the gamer"
Rockstar Games' Manhunt 2 has been to all intents and purposes banned in the UK after the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) refused to certify the PS2 and Wii title

The Board's carefully considered view is that to issue a certificate to Manhunt 2.

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. -- E-mail scams seek to separate people from their money by promising a share of unclaimed lottery riches, bounty from a dead fugitive, work-at-home schemes and other enticements.

But an Ocean County man recently got an e-mail with a darker twist: Gimme your money, and I'll cancel the contract someone put out to kill you.

Harry E. Whitworth, 72, of the Whiting section of Manchester Township, opened his e-mail Tuesday to find a curious screed supposedly from a man named Eddy.

"I know that this may sound very surprising to you but it's the situation," the e-mail began. "I have been paid some ransom in advance to terminate you with some reasons listed to me by my employer."

The price to call off the hit: $8,000 - half of which is to be paid up front as a sign of good faith. Sort of.

The e-mail also warned him not to tell friends or relatives, since they might be part of the plot to kill, too.

"I kind of knew it was a scam," said Whitworth, a retired accountant who lives with his wife in a senior citizen development. "The prosecutor's office came over to see me and asked if I had been involved in anything in the past that might have caused this to happen."

Whitworth did an Internet research that found someone has been running a similar scam in Arizona, with nearly identical e-mails full of typographical errors and misspellings.

The e-mailer promises to send the recipient a videotape of "his employer" putting out the contract on the recipient's life.

But there were no instructions on how to comply with the demand for cash, and no timetable on when it had to be paid.

Capt. Michael Mohel, a spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, said the case remains under investigation but declined further comment.

The FBI received 115 complaints of similar e-mails reaching people across the country in less than a month last winter, according to its Web site. The e-mails vary only in the amount of money demanded, ranging as high as $80,000.

Some even incorporate personal information about the recipient that is widely available from online databases, the FBI said.
