This will be a boon for those in the middle class who always dreamed of owning a car. On the flip side it will also choke up the already congested Indian Roads. Tata Nano - here we come.

Mr. Tata said the car will not cause traffic congestion and this alone cannot be attributed to the prevailing traffic conditions, he added that the masses must have the right to an individual form of transport.
