Today's scuba diving in Hawaii, the Mahi shipwreck dive site. The Mahi was a navy mine layer in WWII. It was sunk as an artificial reef in 1982 and has been one of the most sought after dive sites Hawaii-Scuba-Dive.com has on the island. It is 189 feet long and sits in 90 feet of water. There is a family of eagle rays living on the wreck and it is the only place that you will see a large number of puffer fish schooling. This is an easy dive, lying just a short boat ride from the harbor.

Today's dive with Hawaii-Divers.com's was the Corsair Airplane wreck diving site. The only wreck that was not intentionally sunk as an artificial reef. The corsair was ditched by its pilot during WWII as it ran out of fuel. The aircraft is in remarkable condition and even has an intact glass face on one of the cockpit gauges. The plane sits in 107 feet of water and is the only site where we have seen the elusive garden eels.

Diving-Oahu.com's dive site, YS-11 Airplane. This wreck was sunk by the Atlantis Submarine company back in 1994 in about a depth of 70 feet. The YS-11 is from the days of Mid-Pacific Air, a low-cost regional airline serving Hawaii.
