Blogs are best money making Formulas

By: Gagan

Adsense

For the blogger who doesn't have their own product, it's still possible to earn money from their blog thanks to Google Adsense. Google Adsense is free to join and easy to set up.

As you write the content for your blog, keep in mind that the ads shown are dependant upon the surrounding content on your web pages. Also, experiment with the placement of the ads to discover where the ads sit that get the most clicks.

Many believe that the best places for the ads are at the top left, at the bottom of the first post on the page and in the footer. Unless your blog is strictly an Adsense site, it's recommended not to make it look too cluttered with Adsense ads.

Of course, the more traffic you get to your site the more sales you will make, resulting in a higher income. There are sites that earn a few cents a day and there are sites that earn thousands a month. It all depends on the niche and the traffic.

Unless you are in a niche that provides you with high costs per click, you can expect to make anywhere from ten cents a click to one dollar. There are niches that pay several dollars.

Affiliate

Another way to make money with your blog is to promote affiliate programs. When researching the topic for your blog investigate what affiliate programs are available.

There are many resources for affiliate products including Commission Junction, Clickbank, and hundreds of online stores that offer affiliate programs. For instance, if you have a pet site then possible affiliate programs would include Petsmart and PetCo.

Products

Another avenue for making money with your blog is to create and sell a product. Jeff Walker's Product Launch Formula walks you through each step involved for creating a product, preparing to sell it, and launching it to the public. If you want to sell your own product, investing in Jeff's product would be wise.

Selling a product, whether it is an ebook you acquired with resell rights or a product you made yourself, is usually a better way of making significant income. Done correctly, including researching what the public wants, you can usually make a better income selling your own product than depending on Adsense. There are always the exceptions.

Text Ads

This new type of advertising is still growing and evolving and the majority of ads being served are not graphical but text-based in nature. As a publisher, you can earn cash by selling ads on your blog yourself, or you can use a third party ad service and run their ads on your site. Once you've setup an account and placed the ads on your site, just sit back and watch the cash come in.

Referrals

Perhaps you are in a niche that would attract viewers who need a loan, a credit card, or debt relief. There are many companies that will pay you, the blog owner, a significant amount to refer people to their site to simply fill out a form. For each person you refer who fills out a form, you get paid as much as $45, or even more.

How Long Income Will Come

It's not going to happen overnight, but it shouldn't be long, maybe two or three months, before your blog is bringing in an income that covers your blogging expenses. A little longer, and each blog should make enough to pay some of your living expenses.

Depending on how diligently you pursue blogging as an income source, you could be making a significant amount of money within a year or two, especially if you create your own product.

How Web Content and Web Copy Can Help You Make More Money

By: Ryan Richardo

Websites all contain some form of Web copy and/or Web content. That Web copy and content can help you to earn money on its own, or can help you earn more money than you're currently making online. Web content is a different thing than Web copy, and you will have to understand that difference.

Web content keeps websites full of items that will entertain and inform the site's readers. Web content is usually articles on the website. But, there are also items such as video, photos, and sometimes audio files. Web content often is what an online business uses to attract visitors to the site, even if indirectly.

Web copy is used on sites where a specific response is wanted from the reader, such as a business seeking brand recognition. Web copy can be used to get the reader to buy items, to accept a newsletter, or to click on specific links. Web copy includes the slogan used on the site, as well as pages just for contact information, company information, etc.

So how do you use this Web content and copy to make money? Here's how that happens:

Web content- There are lots of sites out there that depend on content to produce their revenue. There are large content networks, such as About.com, that use their content alone to attract readers, but there are many smaller ones. The Web content is there to bring readers in, but the webmaster has to put advertisements on the site or to charge a fee for membership to the site in order to make money. There are many ways to use your web content to make more money:

1. When publishing Web content, make sure it is the best quality you can get. Quality content that entertains and informs will bring in more reader, attract more backlinks, and is normally search engine optimized. All of this will bring you more visitors to the site, a higher placement in the search engines, and more money in your pocket.

2. To keep traffic coming in, regularly publish new content. New content being published means readers become regulars, coming back again to see the new Web content, and bringing in more revenue. Keep your content updated on a regular basis, as often as possible- even if that is only weekly or monthly.

3. Make sure your copy will be attracting readers. Keyword research through either Wordtracker or Overture can give you an idea about what to use. While quality content doesn't need to be stuffed with keywords to rank well in search engines, it does need to address a need of your target readers. If searchers are looking for highly specific information about a certain niche, there may be a need for content on that topic. When doing this research, look at the highly searched words in comparison with the number of results those searches are turning up to get an idea for how much need there is on that topic.

Web copy - Web copy is generally used to make sales, bring readers back to the site again, or otherwise persuade the reader. Sales letters that sell e-books, complete with subheadings and brightly colored copy, are an example of Web copy.

All web copy is persuasive copy, but not all has to have that level of hype. Order pages online always use persuasive techniques to sell the item, maybe a few more items at the same time, and to have the reader buy right then without further consideration. Guarantees are often used on Web copy to get the reader to buy the item without thinking about it too much.

Good copywriting uses psychology to get the desired outcome from the reader. Professional copywriting comes from professional copywriters- you can hire a copywriter or you can learn the craft yourself, but either way, you need that copy to make sales and to make money.

Selling Books on Amazon

By: Ronald W. Firquain

Amazon is perhaps one of the most successful businesses that the web has furnished since the Internet Boom. Known for selling books online, the website attracts millions of visitors every day. Some buy books while others just surf and look for new ones in the market. Although it is set-up like any other online store in the country, the Amazon provides great service that is hard to surpass.

Whether it is because of their strength in the market or the continuous upgrading of their site, Amazon has remained to be a market leader for years. What makes Amazon such a hit ? What makes their service different from other sites ? Selling Books on Amazon teaches you how to create your own cash generating business. Discover just how exciting your life can become

1. Visual representations

One important element that Amazon has in its website is the use of visuals and photographs of books. This is a good way to entice people into buying their books. It is also a good guide for people who are purchasing books that have different editions and versions. For instance, a business book will have different editions depending on where it is published and what publishing house made it. People who are looking for a specific version will find the pictures a big help.

2. Professional reviews

Another advantage of selling books on amazon is that other websites has in its site reviews of the book from professionals who are really adept in analyzing and critiquing novels and various kinds of literature. Through this, you can find a no holds barred opinion on what the book is about.

3. User reviews

Amazon.com also has user review corners, which anybody can make use of. People who want to have their opinions about the book heard can upload their reviews, comments or whatever else that they want to say about the book. This way, people will be able to know just what the public thinks about the novel.

4. Easy payment system

Amazon is convenience in your fingertips. With just clicking the book and then supplying your credit card information, you can already have the book delivered at your doorstep. You do not even have to move any muscles. Its easy payment system is one of the great conveniences that the site gives. Of course, the price can be pretty expensive if you add up the delivery charge but this is perfect for people who just do not have the time to shop but have lots of money to burn.

5. Cut-off prices

Amazon oftentimes cut off their prices especially for book, which are not so saleable but have lots of stocks left. Hard to find books can sometimes be found here.

6. Synopsis and other details

Amazon provides the complete details of the book, sometimes even posting an excerpt of the book. The experience is actually like shopping inside a bookstore except that you are inside your house and clicking the mouse instead of turning the pages. This is way better than the title and author that other websites provide.

7. Speed of connection

Despite its many graphics and materials, Amazon is a breeze to use. One click and you will already have in front of you the picture of the book as well as all the details that come with it. You do not have to wait ten years just to be able to complete one page unlike other websites that have really slow connections.
