Say what? Who in the world would want to crucify Santa anyway? Just because we've seen and read stories this month about a Santa who was beaten and robbed and a Santa that had an adult woman sat on his lap and groped him, doesn't mean we have to go over the top and crucify Santa!

Art is a Bremerton, Washington State resident nailed Santa Claus to a 15-foot crucifix in front of his house. I wonder if Art knows that Santa isn't real? News Flash Art, Santa is a metaphor and all those stories about the North Pole, elfs, and reindeer is an allegory! And worst of all, you're scaring the kids in the neighborhhod. Who'll eat the cookies and drink the milk if Santa is dead Art?

And by the way, God isn't Santa Claus either.

Art told the press that, "Santa has been perverted from who he started out to be and now he's the person being used by corporations to get us to buy more stuff." A photo of the crucified Santa adorns his Christmas cards, with the message "Santa died for your MasterCard."

If anyone should be crucified we should start with Ben Bernake and the Federal Reserve gang. They are the ones that are falsely keeping everyone hyped about buying. Ben's the one that keep manipulating the economy that will some days fall like a house of cards. The Federal Reserve is the entity that's destroyed 98% of the value of the US$ ever since it's inception to save the US$- in 1913.

the d.a.v c.m.c had provided this aspecious chance to d.a.v b.s.e.b to host the programme which was held on 17 of oct. from 4 to 6 p.m in the school ground
cultural programmes that were held on this functions includes dancing,speech,drama and singing programme.
around 10 school of d.a.v had participated in this programme.the first performance was made by the students of d.a.v b.s.e.b colony patna through a drama "smirti" .the whole drama was so good that the president and director of d.a.v c.m.c stand up and clapped for the players.the main characters of this drama were mohan,mangru,sudha,inspector madam,sabzi wala,chana wala,doctor and judge sahiba e.t.c
the drama was divided into 4 scenes.the topic/theme of this drama was womens empowerment and child education and poverty.the drama was directed by Dr.anjani kr anjan and Mr abhay sir jointly.the script was beautifully written by anjani kr.
the photographs of this programme was sent to the UN office for publication as banners ,in magazines e.t.c
after the whole programmes,boxes of snacks were distributed to the childrens.lunch for the students and participents were available too.

It seems as though everywhere you look, things are beginning to fall apart. In most cases it's just a little crack in the damn, a place where some light seems to be breaking through. And while it's an omen for the status quo, it's a good sign for an advancement in our civility and a movement away from what's not working. We're way over do for some sort of massive psyche earthquake, lest we kill ourselves off needlessly.

For some people there's a lightning-bolt experience, that aha, eureka, or voila!

However, for most, there's this gnawing at our gut that tells us something is amiss and we need to find out what it is quickly. In the realm of science, quantum physics has been challenging the very foundations of what is and what's not true. The 400 year old Newtonian view of the world has been shattered beyond what tremors he, Kepler, and Copernicus set off. At least back then, there were some parameters that seemed safe.

Not today! How we see the world must change!

As we look at Pacal Votan and his Mayan calendar postulates, we have to ask ourselves, what was it that he knew, that the ancient Mayans knew, and how did they know what we're just now discovering? Was there some sort of alien visitation, maybe an astral projection, or a tapping in to the cosmic consciousness?tapping in to the cosmic consciousness?

A newly discovered hunk of space rock has a 1 in 75 chance of slamming into the red planet on January 30, scientists said Thursday. "These odds are extremely unusual. We frequently work with really long odds when we track ... threatening asteroids," said Steve Chesley, an astronomer with the Near Earth Object Program at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

The asteroid, known as 2007 WD5, was discovered in late November and is similar in size to an object that hit remote central Siberia in 1908, unleashing energy equivalent to a 15-megaton nuclear bomb and wiping out 60 million trees.

Scientists tracking the asteroid, currently halfway between Earth and Mars, initially put the odds of impact at 1 in 350 but increased the chances this week. Scientists expect the odds to diminish again early next month after getting new observations of the asteroid's orbit.

We know that it's going to fly by Mars and most likely going to miss, but there's a possibility of an impact. If the asteroid does smash into Mars, it will probably hit near the equator close to where the rover Opportunity has been exploring the Martian plains since 2004. The robot is not in danger because it lies outside the impact zone. Speeding at 8 miles a second, a collision would carve a hole the size of the famed Meteor Crater in Arizona.

In 1994, fragments of the comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 smacked into Jupiter, creating a series of overlapping fireballs in space. Astronomers have yet to witness an asteroid impact with another planet. "Unlike an Earth impact, we're not afraid, but we're excited," Chesley said.
