You should first of all make sure you're making use of the AdSense channels. Don't just create 1 channel for all your ads but instead 1 for each ad. The other way is to visit forums relating to the topic and submit a post asking for link exchanges.

As well as forums relating to the topic you could also go to Internet Marketing forums or work at home type forums, many of these forums have sections specifically for link exchanges. Put a post there asking if anyone is interested in a link exchange with your topic.
