I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes back in 2007.It has been almost one full year.They have me on glusophage.The first 4 months my sugar was pretty good.So i stopped taking the medicine.What i have found that works for me is taking 1000 milligrams of cinnamon,1000 miligrames of fish oil 3 times a day and a tabelspoons of apple vinegar before dinner.But of course this only helps me if i exercise.It is winter here so i said to myself where can i walk for a half hour?My answer was wal mart or the local mall,What better place to get your exercise in the winter months.Another way that helps my sugar is eating pineapple.I have 2 egg whites 2 pieces of bacon and 3 pieces of pineapple on the side for breakfast.I hope some of these tips will help someone try it and please let me know if any of this helped you.And please share any tips that you may have.
