"Build Trust -- and BIG Profits -- By Developing a *Glowing* Feedback Rating!" If you're serious about earning BIG money on eBay -- as soon as possible -- there's one thing you need to start thinking about RIGHT NOW! See, here's the thing... There are over 100 million registered users on eBay -- and while that means you have over 100 million potential customers, it also means you can easily get lost in the crowd... In our last lesson, we talked about ways you can make your *product* stand out. But in order to really maximize your profits, you also need to make *yourself* stand out! After all, buyers are never going to meet you face-to-face... ..... How can they be sure that you products will be as good as you say they are? What's their guarantee that you'll acutally ship them what you said you would... or ship anything at all after you receive their money? In a word? Feedback! --------------------------------------------------------- Why your feedback rating can make or BREAK you on eBay... --------------------------------------------------------- Your eBay feedback rating is, in short, your online reputation. It tells your potential buyers in just a few seconds how trustworthy you are. In fact, many eBay members won't even buy from someone who has no feedback... ..... and they certainly won't even TOUCH someone who has any *negative* feedback! ------------------------------------- How eBay's feedback system works... ------------------------------------- On eBay, both buyers and sellers can leave feedback for each other. At the end of every transaction, each party has the chance to leave a score that reflects how they felt about it: +1 (happy), 0 (neutral), and -1 (poor). Your feedback *score* is the number of ratings you received, but your feedback *rating* is the number of POSITIVE scores you received, shown as a percentage. So if you got 20 feedback scores, and they were all positive, you'd have a feedback rating of 100%! ------------------------------------------------------------ How to establish glowing feedback that will bring bidders running to your "door"... ------------------------------------------------------------ Don't leave your feedback rating to chance! It's just too valuable... Here's are some things you can start doing right away to begin establishing a flawless feedback record: >> Start by being a buyer! Because your feedback rating doesn't distinguish between feedback you got as a seller, and that you got as a buyer, why not start out by buying like crazy! Make payments on time, and be friendly and courteous at all times. When the auction is over and you've recieved your item, ask the seller for positive feedback! >> Describe every item accurately! Nothing will get you negative feedback faster than sending a succesful bidder something other than what they were expecting! Make sure that you include as much detail about your item as you can -- right down to any flaws or damage it might have -- so there's never a misunderstanding. >> Deliver on your promises! Include your shipping and return policies in your auction listings, and then make sure you honor them -- no matter what... Did you know that eBay's top Power Sellers have many successful strategies for actually *asking* people to leave them positive feedback? And they have ways to do it *automatically*, so they can get top feedback ratings from literally hundreds of bidders without lifting a finger! Brandon Dupsky is one of these guys. He's the self-made eBay millionaire I've been telling you about -- and during his time on eBay, he has received literally 1,000s of positive feeback ratings. No *wonder* he's earning $22,000 a DAY on eBay! Anyway, Brandon's put *every* last detail about what he knows about collecting valuable positive feedback from buyers into a massive 273-page eBay profit system.
"Create Eye-Catching Auction Listings that Generate Maximum Sales!" Did you know that the average visitor spends almost TWO HOURS shopping eBay each time they visit!? Think about that! That's a whopping 2 million people *a day* with their wallets open and their credit cards out, spending a couple of hours checking out your auctions! As far as Internet shopping statistics go, those are phenomenal numbers! But they also present certain challenges for you... .... because it also suggests that people spend a fair bit of time looking around and comparing different auctions, products, and sellers, looking for the best "deals!" That means that if you really want to make the massive profits on eBay that other sellers are *already* making (literally millions of dollars a year in some cases!) you need to do a bit of work to make your products stand out in the crowd! Grabbing the attention of all of those browsers and comparison shoppers -- and convincing them that YOUR product is the one they want or need -- can be tricky, particularly if you're new to eBay... .... so here are a few tricks you can follow to *guarantee* that the "looky-loo's" who check out your auction place a bid *before* they leave! >> Listing Updgrades: eBay offers all kinds of different ways to format your listing so that your product really stands out visually. Consider adding bold print, borders, etc., to your listing to really make it "pop"! It costs a bit more to use these features, but it's often worth it. >> Pricing: How you set up the price on your auction can have an impact on how much attention people give it! Should you keep your opening bid low in an attempt to encourage as much bidding as possible? Or is it better to create more perceived value by setting your auction up with a higher starting bid? >> Timing: The length of time you make your product available, as well as what time of day your auctions start and end, all have an impact on how much of your product you're able to sell. >> Highlight the benefits of your product: When most people write their eBay auction, they focus on their product's features; its size, its color, etc. What they often don't do is express its benefits. What is it about your product that can improve its owners life? Will it help them save money? Spend less time on tedious household chores? Get more done in less time? When you describe your product, make sure you answer the question, 'what's in it for me?' >> Set you product apart from your competition Make sure shoppers know your product is the "most" something out of all of the similar products. The newest, cleanest, brightest, fastest, cheapest, quickest to ship, or easiest to use... Of couse, these are just a tiny fraction of the many tricks you can use to show the world that your products, above everyone else's, are the ones they should be buying!
How to create an eBay listing that guarantees maximum bids! Here are a few tips you can use to create auction listings that will grab eBay members by the eyeballs and *drag* them into your auctions... >> Provide a Photograph: It might sound corny, but it's true... a picture really *is* worth a thousand words -- especially on eBay! The picture shouldn't just be 'pretty,' it needs to be informative. Not only should it show your product to its best advantage, it should clearly feature all of the details of the product that make it special or unique! >> Write a Title: The listing's title is what appears on eBay's search results page when someone searches eBay using a specific keyword or keywords. When writing your title, avoid flowery or attention-seeking words that having nothing to do with the product. Instead, make sure you're including relevant keywords that relate directly to the product -- like type, brand name, color or style, condition, etc. >> Product Description: Creating product descriptions for eBay that really SELL your product is one of the easiest ways you can bring TONS of shoppers to your auctions AND easily outearn your competition! Your product description should give ALL the details of your product that bidders need to know. The more detailed and clear you are with your description, the more your bidders will trust you, and the more likely they'll be to bid on your auction! >> Pricing and Format: Make sure that you describe *exactly* how you want to be paid for your item, and explain how you plan to ship it. ------------------------------------------------- WARNING! 53% of ALL eBay auctions never get a single bid! ------------------------------------------------- Did you know that over half of all auctions on eBay are completely ignored?! That not one single person places a bid? Now you can see why creating a strong listing is the *key* to success!
"Create Eye-Catching Auction Listings that Generate Maximum Sales!" Most people who are just getting started selling on eBay -- and even lots of eBay veterans -- make the very costly mistake of thinking that your work *ends* when you find a product to sell... Wrong! The truth is, if you're going to make BIG money on eBay -- I'm talking $100,000+ or more in your first year alone -- you really need to actively SELL your products! And that means creating auction listings that make your products LEAP off the computer screen! On eBay, "listing" refers to the information you provide shoppers about your product: a photo, a description, a title,a selling price, etc. And too often, we see sellers who don't give their listings more than a second's thought... Maybe they slap up a blurry photograph... throw the name of the product into the headline... and add a bit of descriptive copy that they lifted straight from the product manufacturer's web site. DON'T make this mistake! Your listing for *each* auction needs to be carefully craftedto ensure that you generate maximum interest, and start bidding frenzies that drive your selling price -- and your profits -- through the roof!
