The day we have love to give to somebody,
if it is just a one sided love, then one may had to be sad.

But after loving her and not saying so, not willing even to say a single word, and letting it, all will be too late, then that would hurt more.

The sentiments in my heart that I have for you,

it's the word love, love since the day we met.

But it seems like I didn't care,

Was never interested in the feelings of your heart at all, not for once.

I want to let you know that it isn't true.

And the only person in my life that I wanted is you.

It's probably futile having to endure and keeping that within my heart.

I want to tell and let you know that I will not flee from the truth from now on.

The last minute is probably still not too late for us.

Waited for a very long time, for the day that I would dare to tell you so,

speaking from my heart, saying that I love you.

And the only person in my life that I wanted is you.

It's probably futile having to endure and keeping that within my heart.

I want to tell and let you know that I will not flee from the truth from now on.

The last minute is probably still not too late for us.

Immune  System

The immune system of the human body possesses remarkable abilities. As our surroundings are filled with harmful microorganisms, germs, viruses, diseases, dirt and many more, our immune system is responsible to recognize, memorize and defense the body from being at threatened by those elements. At the same time, it is also able to eliminate byproducts of the said elements, as well as repair damaged organs.

The immune system of a human body consists of immune organs, immune cells and many more. Immune organs refer to the bone marrow, thymus, spleen, lymph nodes, tonsil, appendix, and etc. Immune cells are mainly made up of B-cells and T-cells. B-cells mature in the bone marrow, and when the blood system is attacked, it will be able to create antibodies to fight against bacteria and viruses. T-cells are created in the bone marrow but mature in the thymus. Though it does not produce antibodies, its main functions include: resist viral infected cells, germs and cancer. When the immune system is functioning properly, the human body is able to resist various viruses. But once immunity weakens, chances of the human body being infected will increase, especially children and the elderly. This is because children’s immune system are usually not fully developed, giving them lesser resistance towards viral attacks, while the latter is usually due to the declination of organ functions and the aging process, which causes the functions of the immune system to decrease.

There are various elements which could lower our immune system’s resistance, and they are usually linked to our lifestyle:

1. Bad living habits
2. Malnutrition
3. Environmental or air pollution
4. Over fatigue
5. Mental and emotional stress
6. Lack of exercise
7. Over-consumption of antibiotics

When our body’s immune system decreases, it becomes vulnerable to infections. Those whose immune system is lower would get tired easily, depressed, catch a cold, stomach flu (diarrhea and vomit if inappropriate food is consumed), slow healing of wounds, allergy, and etc. Apart from that, immune system disorder could also hurt our cells. The following is a list of diseases that is caused by immune system imbalanced:

1.AIDS
— Also known as Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, it is due to the HIV virus’ attack to the immune system. Upon entering the human body, the virus will destroy brain cells and leucocytes, and breed in the lymphocyte, causing the human body to lose its ability to fight against diseases. Patients will be vulnerable to various infectious diseases, such as pulmonary tuberculosis, candidiasis, shingles, as well as enteritis, pneumonia, cephalitis and several other infections caused by an extraordinary pathogenic microorganism.

2.Autoimmune Disease
— Unable to differentiate “self-tissues” from “nonself-tissues”, the immune system will mount an appropriate attack. During this immune system disorder, normal cells in the human body are treated as body threatening and will be eliminated. Commonly known autoimmune diseases include rheumatoid arthritis, lupus erythematosus, scleroderma.

3.Allergy
— Almost similar to autoimmune disease, allergy occurs when our immune system overreacts to harmless substances. Certain people might be allergy to substances such as pollen and penicillin, food such as fungi, eggs, or any other substances that we might come across in our daily lives. Upon contact, allergen (also known as antigen) will react with the antibody in our body and cause an allergy reaction. Most commonly known allergies include sensitive skin, urticaria, eczema, sinusitis, and food allergy.

To ensure that the immune system is healthy and able to resist various viruses and germs, one has to posses certain prerequisites:
1. Balanced diet
Every meal should be wholesome and varies, with no food jags and overeating, and contain basic nutrients such as carbohydrate, protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber, fatty acid, and etc.

2. Sufficient & Well-Disciplined Aerobic Exercise
Aerobic exercise refers to a long period (15 minutes and above) of endurance exercise. Exercises of such nature will be able to help deliver fresh oxygen throughout our body. Aerobic exercises refer to jogging, walking, cycling, rope jumping, yoga and etc, which can promote blood circulation, strengthens lung functions and increase immunity.

3. Maintain A Cheerful Outlook & Learn To Manage Stress
Long term psychological pressure and nervousness can be bad for the body, and will obstruct the operation of our immune cells. When the brain is under pressure, cortinellin – a type of pressure protein, which is proven to obstruct the immune cells – will be produced, and the accumulation of it will affect our body’s ability to fight against diseases.

4. Consume Sufficient Nutrients
With the busy life of modern society, it is a tendency for us to consume processed food, which has lost most of its nutrients. As nutrients and the immune system works hand in hand, it is important that we consume more food that could help boost our immune system.

• Protein: There should be sufficient protein in our daily diet, as protein is an essential nutrient needed for the formation of immunoglobulin and various antibodies. It is made out of 22 different amino acids, in which 8 are essential and are unable to be produced by the human body and has to be obtained through food consumption. One should consume sufficient quality protein such as those of: lean meat, fish filet, eggs and nuts.

• Vitamins & Minerals: Provide your body with sufficient vitamins and minerals, such as: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, zinc, iron, selenium, and etc.

• Lingzhi: Lingzhi contains triterpene compound, germanium, protein, selenium and many other components which are able to fight against cancer cells and regulate immune system. Triterpene compound is a natural compound which is able to promote blood circulation, anti-allergy and reduce inflammation. Polysaccharide is able to improve and strengthen body’s immune system, and prevent of tumor and cancer.

• Green Tea: As green tea is high in natural antioxidants such as flavaniod and catechin, it is able to help boost our body’s immune system. Scientists discovered that theanine in tea leaves can help the immune calls in the human body to fight against germs and viruses.

• Aloe Vera: Grown in dry and hot area, Aloe Vera is filled with vitality. It contains various active factors as such amino acids, micro-nutrients, vitamins and many other elements, which work as disinfectant, antiseptic, and anti inflammation. Aloe Vera also contains germanium and other nutrients that could help detoxify the human body, repair damaged tissues and boost the immune system.

• Spirulina: Rich in protein, carotene, chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals; able to help adjust the pH in body, promote metabolism, and boost immune system.

The condition of our immune system relates closely to our living and eating habits. If provided with suitable nutrients, our immune system could be strengthened. Quality products such as PHHP Phyto Greens, Aloe Juice, Royal Spora Lingzhi and Green Tea, could help in improving our immune system. With our surroundings filled with various viruses and germs, it is even more important for us to ensure the well being of our immune system and better defend ourselves from those infectious diseases.

More and more research shows that a high fiber diet may help prevent cancer, heart disease, and other serious ailments. The problem is that most Americans don’t get enough fiber to realize its potential benefits. The typical American eats only about 11 grams of fiber a day, according to the American Dietetic Association. Health experts recommend a minimum of 20 to 30 grams of fiber a day for most people.

The Food and Drug Administrator has recognized fiber’s importance by requiring it to be listed on the Nutrition Facts panel of food labels along with other key nutrients and calories. Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol and high in fiber are associated with a reduced risk of certain cancers, diabetes, digestive disorders, and heart disease.

A Top Day in Bangkok

Wake up in Bangkok and know that anything is possible. My perfect day would begin with a walk down the busy streets to select the best egg noodle soup with wontons and red pork, a delicious, ubiquitous dish and an excellent hangover cure. A trip down the river is next on the cards, a wonderful breezy way to see the city and its monuments without choking to death. A stop at a riverside restaurant is always scenic and delicious - I'd probably seek out some soft-shelled crab with glass noodles at In Love restaurant at Thewet pier. Jumping off the ferry at Saphan Taksin, I would skytrain it up to Siam for some shopping, making sure there's time at the end of the day for a calming swim, a Thai massage and a bag of mangosteens. Bangkok is all about alternating the pampering with the hard yards, the chic heights with the seething streets. An ideal evening, therefore, involves somewhere very fancy for drinks, like sunset at Vertigo (the rooftop bar at the Banyan Tree Hotel) and then local street food - say spicy salad and sticky rice, red curry squid and morning glory - on plastic chairs in the warping heat. The car park on the corner of Ratchadamri Road and Soi Sarasin, near Lumphini park, is great, as are many places in the Samsen sois in Banglamphu. Alternatively, I'd go for cold beer and salty beans at the little makeshift bars that line the Chatuchak weekend market (wonderful post-shopping ambience as the market is closing) followed by an inner-city restaurant. Dinner cruises run by the fancy hotels are super-touristy but a great treat for visitors. If there's a night out on the cards I would begin it with G&T's at Cheap Charlie's bar on Sukhumvit Soi 11 or Admakers (great live music) on Soi Lang Suan, and let the random and glorious energy of the city decide the rest. A midnight snack and a walk down the human zoo of Khao San Road is always entertaining, especially when the bars close and the messy hordes spill into the street.

One Night Just Isn't Enough

Early in the morning, before the day gets steamy, go to Wat Phra Kaew and the Grand Palace. These buildings form the pinnacle of Thai religious architecture and make a visual assault on short-term visitors. Afterwards, stroll down to Wat Pho, which has enough quirky corners to accommodate huge crowds of gawkers. Graze your way through lunch by sampling all the streetside snacks: pineapple, iced Thai coffee, satay, deep-fried bananas, more fruit. If you aren't already planted on Th Khao San, do a fly-through for a glimpse of the round-the-clock freak show or to pick up some cheap souvenirs. For dinner, head to one of the riverside restaurants for a side order of scenery.

Kick off the next day at the Amulet Market, which is so cramped with commerce that pavements become makeshift stores. When you're ready to see something else, charter a long-tail boat for a tour of Thonburi's river canals, bordered by elegant and dilapidated houses balancing effortlessly over watery yards. Most boat drivers will make a stop at Wat Arun, which would nicely complete a morning's temple consumption. Have the driver drop you off at Tha Phra Athit for a stroll through the charming neighbourhood of Banglamphu. For dinner, try one of the traditional Thai restaurants in the Silom-Surawong neighbourhood. You're then perfectly positioned for a night on the town in the notorious Patpong district. With everything from go-go bars to a market selling pirated goods, Patpong will make you feel naughty without damaging your soul.

With the cultural obligations out of the way, you can devote more time to the national sport - shopping. Siam Square has the largest concentration of shopping malls, ranging from mall-rat traps to label-whore temples. You can temporarily interrupt your shopping pilgrimage with a trip to Jim Thompson's House, a serene example of old-style Bangkok living. It will make you dream of becoming a Bangkok transplant. Be sure to ride the Skytrain, a sleek, elevated tram that gives a bird's-eye view into the city's fortressed compounds and high-rise balconies. If working those bargaining muscles has you worn out, treat yourself to a cheap and rejuvenating Thai massage. For dinner head to Th Sukhumvit, then check out one of the discos on Soi Patpong 2 and Silom Soi 4, or have a beer at one of the nearby bars. Before you call it quits, do as the Thais do and grab one final meal from a vendor stall as an insurance policy
