Sawadee krap.
Today I present cooking thai food again one kind that everybody knows good like.
It is Som-Tum-Thai (Papaya Salad or Papaya pok pok).

Som-Tum-Thai (Papaya Salad)


Ingredients

Green papaya chopped, sliced 1 cup
Fresh bide chill 3-8 pieces
Plump tomato cut into half 2 pieces
Green Beans cut into 1” length 1 pieces
Garlic (small cloves) 5 teaspoon
Dried shrimp 1 tablespoon
Peanut roasted, peeled 2 tablespoons
Fish sauce 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Palm sugar 3 tablespoons

Directions

1. Crush slightly chilies and garlic.
2. Add Green Beans, plump tomato, and peanut and crush them until well mixed.
3. Taste by palm sugar, lemon juice, fish sauce.
4. Add papaya, dried shrimp and crush them until will mixed. Remove to the plate for serve.Sprinkle with peanuts.
5. Serve along with fresh vegetables such as cabbage, Beans, Chinese water spinach.

Today I present cooking again one kind that everybody knows good like. (be not a movie please)

Tum-Yum-Krung (Spicy soup with prawn and lemon grass)

Ingredients

Prawn 3 pieces
Galangal cut into oval 5 pieces
Lemon grass crushed, cut into 2 inches length 2 pieces
Red-Green Bird-shit chill, crushed 15 pieces
Kaffir lime leave torn coarsely 5 leaves
Plum tomato cut half 3 pieces
Champignon mushroom cut half 5 leaves
Lemon juice 1 ½ pieces
Fish sauce 3 tablespoons
Milk ½ cup
Black shrimp paste 3 tablespoons
Clear soup 3 cups
Cilantro leaves for sprinkle

Directions
1. Boil Clear soup, add galangal, lemon grass, Heat just to boil, add prawn.
2. Add mushroom, plum tomato. Season with black shrimp paste, fish sauce, lemon juice.
3. Add milk, bird-shit chill, and kaffir lime leave. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves
