As you can see on the first picture, with the description of 'What Happens in Acne' it clearly explains the entire process on how this disorder developed.

There are many factors to consider, to produce the disorder, and most of these factors commonly occuring in the developing human body during puberty state or adolescence, where hormonal changes occurs during this stage.

During hormonal changes, hormone may rise and fall during this particular stage, and secretion processes of the sebaceous glands are directly affected by this hormonal changes. One hormone that is produce or has been increased during this stage is the so called androgens. Androgens then activates the sebaceous glands to further produce large amounts of sebum.

Bacteria that is present in our environment interacts with the sebum to form fatty acids and thus inflammatory responses occurs in the pilosebaceous units. There will be hyperkeratinazation happens in the follicle's lining. When this follicle lining breaks, the sebum, the lipids and the keratin enters the dermis layer of the skin.

The very final stage of the development of Acne is the formation of foreign bodies as a response to the occuring changes. It includes; papule, pustule, and nodule formation.

Two tendencies might happens, it's either the dermis layer of the skin heals with the ability of our own tissues to repair itself, this tendency will not leave a scar or mark. While on the other hand the other tendency is when it ruptures and inflammation happens because of bacterias that infects it, aftewards scars are left behind. This second tendency is the worse part of the acne development.

I will be writing and sharing here about the common yet considered to be very serious dilemma in the life of our teenagers, where in their teenage years hormonal changes are most likely very significant. Acne is what i am talking about.

When I was young, off course everybody have gone through the stage of puberty, I even wondered why there's so much annoying spots that keeps on popping out from my skin, not only on my face but also to other parts like my chest and back. It annoys me sometimes, when I was being teased by some other youngsters of my age, that I looked like monster and with these not so adoring bulgings in my skin.

It's been constantly discussed in our school the causes of acne vulgaris, but during that time my attention was so pre-occupied with the thoughts on the ways on how I could possibly get rid of this spots that I thought ruining my teenage life.

I observed not all teenagers are suffering from the condition, and in fact there are those whose cases of acne are far more worse that what I have. Although most of the teenagers like are having the same problem thus, having the same questions in their minds as I do, I slowly being comforted by the very thought that it is in fact a normal issue in puberty, and believing that someday somehow I can get through of the stage when I finally reach early adulthood.

But before parking on the zone of realization, I tried a lot of ways on getting rid of those pimples. There are those times when I secretly used my mom's or elder sister's facial cleansers and astrigents hoping that maybe it will help getting them less visible. (unknowingly that what I have done has just made it worst -  topic regarding this will be discussed on the next post).

Time flies so fast and by just disregarding and conditioning my mind that "it's indeed normal" I was able ease myself and becoming less invasive to my teenage problem "acne". Life has continued and I become where I am right now, seeing in mirror, I don't have that much now on my face and on my chest. Though I got some on my back but it's not getting worst this time.

I have decided to go deeper on understanding the case of "Acne" and sharing it to the general public, hoping to catch the attention of those "teenagers" who are on the stage of serious struggle and confusion regarding this issue. Hope that all the post that's I am going to put right here on this blogsite will somehow help readers in the simplest possible way I know.

Thanks and anticipate more post next time as I commit on this particular topic. I will be sharing purely scientific insights and innovative ideas on dealing this particular issue towards teenagers. One thing I wanna assure you guys, "Acne is something that we can't avoid, and there's something we can absolutely do on it, dealing with in the safest possible way we can."
