Here’s a little update on my AllAdvantage 2.0 - Get Paid To Surf The Net post. I received quite a few questions about it so I figure I’ll answer them here.

You should get an auto email once you sign up. If you don’t then check your spam folder. Chances are it’s in there. This has happen to quite a few people already.

The Viewbar is currently in limited beta testing. Once final testing is completed, it will be made available for all Members to download. The Beta testers are all volunteers and are not earning any revenue for trying out the system.

In the meantime, you as an early Member can continue to recruit new Members and start building out your network. As an early Member, you have the best chance to recruit your friends since they will not yet know about it. As the AGLOCO Membership expands some of your friends will sign up under other people and no longer be able to be recruited. So seize this ground floor opportunity to build your network up.

The best way to sign people up is to embed your affiliate ID into the URL. For example, http://www.agloco.com/r/BBHN5828  is my URL. Just replace the BBHN5828 with your ID and you’ll get credit for all sign ups from your link. This is much better than sending an affiliate to AGLOCO and asking them to enter your ID into the referral box. When you embed your ID into the URL, there is no referral box to fill out.

Get Paid To Surf The Net!This page has already created a few AGLOCO buttons and banners for you to add to your website or blog. You can link these banners direct to your AGLOCO sign up page or link them to your blog entry about the AGLOCO service.

I think it would be best to link it to your blog post because the sign up page doesn’t tell much. Your blog post is what will get people to sing up. I am linking the button to the sign up page here because it’s part of this post.

agloco : how it works

AGLOCO: The Internet's First Economic Network

Currently, the most popular Internet businesses are built on the power of social networks. Take a look at companies like MySpace, Facebook, and YouTube who have become worth billions because other businesses realize that these social networks are generating huge advertising and marketing opportunities.

AGLOCO has asked a simple question: "The users created the community, where’s their share of the profit?"

From that very question, AGLOCO set out to create the Internet’s first Economic Network by using the strength of social networks to directly benefit the Members who build the community.

Becoming a member of AGLOCO is as simple as completing a simple sign-up page (name, age, location and email address.). Once you’re a Member, you will be asked to then download the Viewbar™ software.

The Ways AGLOCO Makes Money for Its Members

  • Search: Each time you use the Viewbar™ to do an Internet search, AGLOCO earns money from the search engine providers. (Google pays as much as $0.10 on average for each search that is directed to its search engine.)

  • Advertising: The AGLOCO's Viewbar™ displays ads that are specialized to you. Through clicking on an ad and/or making a purchase, AGLOCO receives a referral fee, which we then pass on to our Members. (Please note: Individual members do not receive any compensation for clicking on ads in the Viewbar™, and the Viewbar™ can detect if someone is clicking ads in a fraudulent manner.)

  • Transaction commissions: Many major retailers pay commissions when you refer customers who make a purchase. AGLOCO collects that commission and passes it on to our members. (For example, Amazon pays an 8.5% commission to most websites who refer customers, and has cut deals for even larger percentages. The bigger the AGLOCO community, the better commission we can negotiate for our Members.)

  • Software distribution: Numerous software companies pay websites to encourage the download of new software releases (for example, Adobe’s Flash and Acrobat Reader software), and trial versions of new programs. AGLOCO members not only get access to the latest and coolest software, they get paid for it.

  • Service distribution: Many online service providers will look to the AGLOCO community as a source of new and active users for their services. (For example, eBay, Skype, and PayPal, among others, all pay fees to people who help them recruit new active users to their services)

  • Product distribution: When Members agree to use a product, such as cell phones, high-tech gadgets, office supplies, new credit cards or financial services, AGLOCO can collect referral fees. Some companies even offer special rebate and cash-back programs.

AGLOCO Members make money in four ways.

  • Members earn a monthly share of the AGLOCO revenue based on the use of the AGLOCO Viewbar™ that month.

  • Members earn part of the company based on the use of the AGLOCO Viewbar™ that month (currently a maximum of five hours are rewarded).

  • Members who use our referral system to help build the AGLOCO network will earn more.

  • Members will also get a share of any commissions AGLOCO gets when a Member purchases a product or service from an AGLOCO Sponsor company.

Why Should I Join AGLOCO?

  1. Joining AGLOCO is absolutely free and registration takes less than a minute.

  2. By joining you can help to grow the AGLOCO community by building your referrals TODAY.

By building the AGLOCO community you make AGLOCO more attractive to potential business partners and advertisers.

    • Refer your friends and family by contacting them through email. (But remember we have a strict anti-spam policy.)
    • Use your website, blog and your existing social networks, such as MySpace and Facebook, to contact your friends and encourage them to join a new community that will actually let them earn money.

AllAdvantage 2.0 - Get Paid To Surf The Net

by John Chow

I can’t believe it! AllAdvantage is back! For those who don’t know, AllAdvantage was a site that paid you to surf the Internet. What’s more, it paid you when you refer other people to surf, and paid you again if those people referred other people - down four levels.

AllAdvantage 2.0 comes with a new name, AGLOCO, which stands for A Global Community. This time, the founders are doing things a bit differently. They said that AllAdvantage failed the last time because the timing, and not the concept, was bad. They may be right, and there is certainly nothing wrong with trying again. If they can sign up as many people as they did last time, and the advertising market doesn’t implode, I say they will have a success on their hands.

The AGLOCO Viewbar

The Viewbar that is installed at the bottom of the browser is back but instead of paying a flat fee per hour like the last time, it will give you a share of income the Viewbar earns. In addition, that income may be paid in stocks as well as cash. This avoids the mistake of paying out more than they make, which was what AllAdvantage did.

The Viewbar features privacy protection, spyware protection, phishing protection, member IM and voice communications, RSS feeds, broadcast communication, community tips and other functions.

Sharing income with users is nothing new. Tons of sites and many revenue sharing forums do that already. What is unique about AGLOCO is their multi-leveling marketing model.

Network Marketing

When you run the AGLOCO Viewbar, AGLOCO will pay to you to surf the web (currently up to 5 hours/month). Once the five hours are up, you can turn the Viewbar off until next month. However, you also make money on every hour for people you referred when they surf, and income is made for every hour for people they referred down to 4 levels. There is no cap on how much you can make because of this.

According to the AGLOCO member calculator, if you sign up 10 people and those referrals sign up 5 people, and those sign up five all the way down the 4 four levels, you would earn 9,767.50 per month! However, before you start doing jumping jacks, that figure is not a dollar amount - it reflects earnings in both cash and stock of the company. The stock price has yet to be determined.

AGLOCO plans to be a 100% member owned company. The amount of shares you own is based on how many members you refer. The company will share advertising and affiliate revenues with its members. Company management will gets 10% of revenue as their fee for running the place. The remaining amount will then be distributed to company shareholders (the members). The amount you make is based on how many shares you own, which in turn is based on how many people you refer.

Before AllAdvantage died with the dot com crash, I signed up over 10,000 people and made over $25,000, so I know the concept does work. Will I be able to make $25,000 from AGLOCO? That remains to be seen but I’m looking forward to trying. This looks like another case study in the making!

Once you sign up you will be given a user ID. Use this ID to sign up other people. The easiest way to do that is the put the ID into the URL. For example. http://www.agloco.com/r/BBHN5828  is my URL. Just replace the BBFH4631 with your ID and you’ll get credit for all signs from your link.

You can sign up for AGLOCO here.

I'm talking small, but real money to start with - not the ' $1000+ in a week ' scams.

First, you need some 'tools'.

An 'always online' connection to the Internet. more...
A dedicated credit card for the Internet. more...
Open FREE Internet banking accounts to receive payment. more...
Dedicated email addresses. more...

Second, you need some income.

High yield investment programs (HYIP) return high yields on your investment but are also high risk and of limited duration. Get in early with a sum you can afford to loose and earn 20% daily for a few days or 2% daily for a few weeks/months. Most use e-gold as a 'currency' so you will need to open a free account here... To help in deciding which programs to invest in and when to pull out I have kept the statistics of several current sites and also of sites that have closed. This is a very volatile market but can be very profitable and exciting.

Trickle income, like these sites below, build up a bank balance and give you confidence

MyLot is a great program for people who like to chat and earn a few dollars a day at the same time! The range of subjects is enormous and from all over the world. Upload pictures from your computer, list your passions and other features. But beware - this program can become infectious!! Payment is by PayPal so you will need to get a free PayPal account . If you can't get PayPal in your country then they will pay by E-gold.

BlueBayptr is a great PTS ( paid to search ), PTC ( paid to click ) PTJ (paid to join or sign up) and PTR ( paid to read ) program and, unlike some, has a low payout threshold of $2. This amount can be quickly reached by joining other programs from the Paid to Signup section, searching on links in your Inbox and clicking on banners in the Paid to Click area. I earn about $7 a month on my own searches. Payment is by PayPal so you will need to get a free PayPal account. If you don't do proper searches (see below) then you will not be sent many paid links.

Here is a tutorial on how to make a valid search . It will take longer than the 40 seconds shown to finish loading three pages but if the advertiser doesn't get paid, you wont get the links in the future.

Rpoints is aimed at UK/Euro surfers comparing prices of goods.

An example of how Rpoints worked to save me 36% off my UK car insurance is here...
Just to show that you can save money and make money using Rpoints.

You can buy almost anything at the best retail price and then get an added discount with Rpoints. Go to the page called 'recurring' where comparing prices with Kelkoo and others earns about 2p to 6p a click up to a max of about £1 a day. Ultra-cautious about awarding points, Rpoints take a week or more to check, then credit, your points and then a month or more to validate them before you can cash in. A good forum explains all this. But, once the ball is rolling and you're clicking every day, the cash rolls into PayPal at £5 minimum a time and in £sterling too so you can have dollar and sterling PayPal accounts to save on exchange rates.

Higher Payouts.

Normally I avoid very high payout programs where it sometimes takes a year to reach the minimum by which time the site may have vanished!

You WILL get paid with these programs; about $35 to $50 a month for just these programs and there are dozens more to choose from. Join up, add to your favourites or put an icon on your desktop by dragging on a links page for each program and visit the sites at intervals through the day and earn a bit each time. It soon adds up.

I can get you referrals. Contact me for details on how its done.

TIPS -

1. Right click on the log-in page for each program and save a shortcut link to your desktop, or, Add to your Favourites in a new folder, named Daily, for instance. Much easier to remember your daily earning sites by double clicking on the icons or links.

2. Write the address and log-in details for each site in the back of your diary. It is easy to forget your user name and password and you can continue to earn money on another pc when away from home.

3. Get into the habit of regular visits. Most sites will cancel your account if you don't make use of it and any money earned will be lost.

4. Contact me if you need help or advice.

Third, make a web site of your own and get advertisers on it.

The final group of earning programs can be placed on your own web site.
First you need a website with content interesting enough to attract visitors.
Think of a subject that you know a lot about - you, your family, your job, your hobby - whatever it is, focus on it and provide detailed information; facts, figures. Try to make your web site the definitive source of information on your chosen subject.

With a web site designed you need a domain name and a hosting service. It is like an address to the house where your web site lives. I use Easily to buy my domain names and Cirtex to host them, both companies give excellent service and support.

Promote your website using the points earned from working the PTS, PTR and PTC you joined above in section two.

Once you have a web site with solid content you have a 'product' to sell. Many of the top programs will not accept you as an affiliate unless you have a web site of substance.

The star payer is Google AdSense. They pay for clicks and pay very well and cleverly match their ads to the content of your page. They are choosey about the sites that can join and demand a reasonable standard of content. Sign up for AdSense. here. If you have a busy website you will earn good money with AdSense.

A good affiliate scheme is var uri = 'http://impgb.tradedoubler.com/imp/js/1447/232351?' + new String (Math.random()).substring (2, 11); document.write(''); TradeDoubler . where you can join up for free to any of dozens of schemes under one 'roof' . All affiliate schemes have a minimum payout limit of around $50 so grouping schemes together as with var uri = 'http://impgb.tradedoubler.com/imp/js/1447/232351?' + new String (Math.random()).substring (2, 11); document.write(''); TradeDoubler . [aimed at European web sites] and Commission Junction [aimed at North America but covering the world] means that you can get a cheque earlier.

Lots of companies would love you to join them as an affiliate and will pay you a commission when your visitors buy some of their products. It makes sense to join up with companies compatible with your site. Amazon sell a lot more than just books now and pay 5% to 7.5% commission by targeting specific books with a link from your site.

Bravenet has a lot of free goodies to add to your web site to attract more visitors and can help in setting up and hosting a web site with a free domain name. They also offer 50mb of free space on their servers to store your password protected back-up files and sensitive data. A well respected site of long standing..

Slide or Glide In ads are the latest medium and build income fast from your web site. I use GlideNetwork. The small ad windows load onto your page for 15 seconds and then automatically disappear. Rates vary but pay for CPC and CPM with a payout limit of >$5.00 to Paypal. Not affected by popup killers as yet so impressions are good.

Pop-under windows are better selling tools than banners and PopupTraffic.com will pay you up to $1.80/1000 impressions. This is the best you will get on the net and they pay monthly without fail. Popup killer browsers have changed the market so they only supply pop-unders but with anti-killer code that works with the major browsers. A busy site will still earn more than the $25 minimum for a cheque to be sent each month. They are now open to international affilliates and pop-under earnings.

Banner advertisements, love 'em or hate 'em, are part of the Net. Place these standard sized banners from AdBrite on your page and earn up to $1/1000 impressions depending on validity of visitor. Note that these are impressions or CPM rates, your visitor just has to see them, they do not have to click on the ads or buy anything. That is why the rates are lower than ' pay per click ' banners.
AdBrite pay out monthly by cheque for earnings over $10 and pay me regularly.

Remember, these are all free to join; you have no outgoings other than your normal internet connection which you have anyway. To be perfectly frank, the only downside to these deals is that it takes up your time to organise the links, and your browser and/or web site will run a bit slower while advertising banners load.

The Internet is fast changing - please let us know if a good deal comes along or if you find a crooked deal; contact simetric.co.uk and we will check it out and give it an unbiased opinion.

When I first got involved with HYIP's and Autosurfs, I was fortunant to have spent a little time on the forums and had the opportunity to learn a few rules here and there when investing in this stuff.  Most of the rules are common sense and could be applied to all investment endeavors.  For instance, if you bet your utility bill money, old Murphy (Murphy's law) is probably waiting right around the corner to surprise you.  However,  the biggest kink in online investing  is the sheer volume of scams that you will come across.   These are the rules I use when investing in HYIP's and autosurfs and other money making opportunities online.

  1. Don't bet your milk money Sounds like a no-brainer, right?  Well, you would be surprised by the amount of people who invest alot and then are up a creek when the site goes down.  It never fails- When you take a risk that you can't afford to take, chances are Murphy (from Murphy's law) is gonna pop his head in for a visit.  So don't do it.
  2. More is always better than a little.  If you plan on lasting even a little while in this arena or any arena for that matter(stocks, commodities, ect.) you had better have a nice portfolio of many different investments.  It is better to invest $10 in 10 sites than $50 in 2 sites.  Treat diversifying as an ongoing process.  Dump a portion of your profits into other investments.  This way, you will have an increasing amount of income and when a couple collapse, you can shrug it off.
  3. Diversify your  type of investments An acquaintance of mine calls this type of investing "legs".  Here is how it works- If you are planning on investing in online type stuff, create different types of investments; like one leg could be HYIP's. Another leg could be sports arbitrage betting.  Another leg could be network marketing, ect.ect.  This way you are protected on the mischance that an entire industry goes down.  Don't forsee it happening?  Well, when Stormpay went down, almost all autosurfs were affected.  Many people lost their shirts even though they were well diversified among many auto surfs.  All because one pay processor decided to freeze all autosurf accounts.  I lost a little too.  But I was able to continue on because I had many legs of investments out there.  I was still making money.
  4. Make a plan and make it good and stick to itIt doesn't matter what your strategy is, the important thing is that you have one.  If your plan is to invest in a company only for a specified time and then pull out, do it.  If your plan is to slowly build a cash reservoir by constantly reinvesting, do it.  The most important thing is you have a plan.
  5. Live in the forums.  Knowledge is power, what can I say?  The internet makes it easy to hunt down almost anything.  The more you know, the better you understand.  The better you understand, the more money you will make. You should visit at least one of the many forums daily.
  6. Network with people you trust in the forumsThere are alot of scumbags and scammers that lurk in these forums BUT there are also alot of people that are just like you and me.  Learn to discern the difference and you will actually find acquaintances that can give you direction from time to time.
  7.  Leave the new stuff alone and invest in the tried and trueNot a day goes by that I don't read about some poor sap losing his hard earned cash to a new HYIP that lasted a week.  Stay away from the new HYIP's(unless they meet number 8 rule) and you will be better off.  Giving money to these companies/individuals is like giving your money away.
  8. Go where the crowds go(or nothing attracts a crowd like a crowd)Occasionally, a HYIP will come along that sweeps everyone off their feet.  The forums will be buzzing and people will be investing and money will be rolling in (get the picture?).  If you run across one of these, invest.  These usually will last awhile and the earlier in, the more money you will make.
  9. Stay open to new ideas Most of us get hung up on one thing or another and  steer away from certain money making opportunities like auto-surf(if you are into HYIP's) or HYIP's(if you are in auto-surf) or MLM (b/c most require too much work). New things come up all the time.  The world just keeps evolving.  Don't be that person that stays the same.  For instance, you could get into Forex trading yourself.  You could learn how to be an affiliate marketer.  You could sell e-books.  You could learn to make e-books.  Get the picture?  The possibilities of making money are endless if you stay open to them.   If you can't keep an open mind, you are hurting your possibilities.
  10. Do unto other's......... The golden rule.  Don't promote a site just to get referrals.  Don't promote a dying site to try to make it last just a little longer.  Simply, treat others as you would want to be treated.
