Mortgage Calculators Confusion!Submitted By: Gerald Mason When you first start using a mortgage calculator such as Karl Jeacle's Graphing calculator, you might easily get confused, especially if you are new to the world of buying property. The sliding scales on this calculator aren't what some people are used to seeing. Most people are used to typing their numbers into boxes with familiar features. But don't be dazzled only by the graph, boxes are still available further down the page so that you can use numbers instead of the scales. Using Karl Jeacle's mortgage calculator against one on a different website can give you different a different feel for what looks like the same set of figures. It's all to do with the basic programming that has developed around mortgage calculator. Some mortgage calculators are very basic, they input very simple basic numbers and a few calculations take place in the program behind the scenes on your computer. They give you suggested figures that, although not perhaps 100% accurate, will give an approximate idea of what the property will cost you. There are other factors that need to be taken into account when a mortgage is computed, such as your age and state of health for example. Many basic mortgage calculators won't take this into account, but some more sophisticated programs can. These will give a more accurate analysis of the mortgage situation you would face as it will have more information about you personally. The more the mortgage calculator knows about you, and the property, the more detailed and accurate the answers it gives will be. This is another reason why sliding scales such as Karl Jeacle's Graphing calculator might not work for some people. Sliding scales are often better for approximation rather than specific numbers. Perhaps 48 instead of 50 is "almost" right, but it's not going to create the most accurate analysis and the hard figures you need to figure out your budget and finances. The various colors on this mortgage calculator are also a little less clear than straight forward numbers. So why even mention Karl Jeacle's mortgage calculator? Even though it won't give you precise numbers, and no calculator does, the graphics give you a feel for just how much that mortgage is really costing you. You can see for yourself, graphically, how adding a little bit to your monthly mortgage payment makes a large difference down the road. Using a variety of different mortgage calculators gives you a good overall feel for how a mortgage on a particular property would affect your budget. But, make sure that you know what their figures are based on. For example, the mortgage calculator may not ask you for a mortgage term, but somewhere on the calculator site there may be a note to say that calculations are based on 30 year mortgages. The same could be true about interest rates. While some mortgage calculators ask you to input the interest rate, others assume an "approximate" rate. Mortgage calculators linked to specific lenders could take the interest rate automatically from the lenders financial pages so they are the current default rate and not able to be altered even if you have perfect credit. Use one calculator at first to pin down your basic options and figures. Then test those numbers out on a variety of mortgage calculators to get the best feel for how your new mortgage will affect your finances and change your life.

How to Start Your Very Own Money Making Website By: Matt Helphrey People all across the world are benefiting financially due to the internet and how it has grown to its massive proportion. The fact is, it's only getting bigger and more easy for people to spend money and make money online. Starting your own website today may provide you with all you need to financially secure your future. Most people think that starting up a website is too complex and done only by trained computer engineers. At one point maybe, but today the internet is user friendly and anyone can start up their very own money making website.
The first thing you need to do is figure out exactly what niche you want your site to be in. Sports, money, books, animals, schools, etc. Whatever genre you choose does not matter. There are money making opportunities in any niche where you think people may be interested in what you can provide. Whether that be a tangible product or intangible like information, if you can bring visitors to your website on a daily basis, you can earn income online.
Once you have your niche selected you need to choose and register your own domain name. This is the fun part! You get to choose the name of your very own place on the web. Many domains are gone so you really have to be creative with your selection. Of course it goes without saying, but select it with your niche in mind. For example, if your niche is dog food, make your domain something like doggygoodies.com. If you don't know what to choose or if everything you pick is already in use, www dot yourname dot com will most likely still be available and always a great choice.
The next step after choosing your own domain name is to select a reputable company to host your site. There are many different hosting choices and each have there own advantages and disadvantages. The ones that are free and/or cheap are okay for certain niches but I don't recommend them because a lot of the times they will require you to put their ads on your website. Those types of sites also do not allow you to sell or promote certain things and will limit you on the amount of space you can use and the amount of traffic you can receive. Find one whose server has a reputable history of staying intact and one that will allow you to have unlimited space and visitors.
The last thing you need to know is how to make your own website. Advanced knowledge of html is no longer required but some experience is helpful. There is a lot of free software that will assist in making web pages. Many are just as easy to use as Microsoft Word or Excell. Otherwise you can outsource the dirty work to professionals who will do a bang up job for a relatively low price. My advice would be to save the money and learn some basic html. It really is easy and you should be able to have your own website up and running after just a couple of hours of studying.
The steps in this article are very basic but I wanted people to be aware that it is easy to get your own website. Not only are normal people making money online, they are getting rich doing it! The internet and its search engines has made it possible for the individual person to market to the entire world! That means if you advertise correctly, you can make a living with your website and never have to work for someone ever again! Matt Helphrey wants you to succeed with affiliates and can help you launch your very own money making website today that's 100% ready to take orders and pull in massive profits for you right now ... guaranteed! Can You Run A Full Blown Internet Business In One Ecommerce Shopping Cart Solution? By: Dean T Whittingham A successful ecommerce business owner requires a product or service to sell, traffic to a web site, and converting traffic into sales. Success can not exist if one of these three is missing. Step 1 is the easiest but steps 2 and 3 are where things can become hard because there are so many choices out there; it is extremely easy to get confused and frustrated with it all.
But let's break steps 2 and 3 down into a more manageable list of categories. You'll need a domain name, a web site and web host with web hosting related services, a shopping cart, a merchant account, multiple marketing tools, traffic, training and support. You can see why things can become confusing for someone who is looking to become serious on the internet. All of these aspects will all come at a cost, if not just from your pocket but time too.
The three biggest issues are too many choices, logistics and costs.
Too many choices cause a headache right from the beginning. If you've ever tried to search for a decent and cost efficient web hosting service you'll more than likely end up with no hair (sorry if you're already bald!). The problem is that almost all web hosts that have been reviewed on public forums, have been because of a complaint and not the other way around. Unfortunately you will find this with all aspects of the ecommerce business world, from domain name registration services to merchant accounts; and so you run the risk of choosing the wrong ones. It can be a complete pain having to change an integral part of your ecommerce business.
Logistically speaking it can get very messy. Let's say you approached a separate company for every single aspect of your ecommerce business because they focus on the specific aspect, for example domain name registration. You have to browse through their site to ensure you get what you want; you'll have to create an account so you can use their service, and then learn how to use their online interface where your account is housed, and then get to know their support module because it is guaranteed you'll need it, especially if you're new. Now assume you have to do this for every aspect of an ecommerce business.
Then there are the costs. In actual fact the most taxing cost is time, however the financial costs increase the more services you use. You'll also have the administrative hassle of having to know which time of the month each service is going to bill you.
Then there's marketing, driving traffic and training. The list of marketing methods becoming available on the internet is increasing all the time. Many ecommerce business owners think they have to use them all, and what's worse, learn them all. Internet marketing is about reach and automation; getting the most reach efficiently to attract traffic, and automating the process of dealing with this traffic. When you consider there's pay per click, banner, newsletter, link and classified advertising, all with costs associated, how do you know which method is working the best? When people visit your website you've got to convert them to sales. You've got to test headlines, graphics, colors, guarantees and sales copy. You need to determine the most wanted response, whether it is a direct sale, or to sign up to your email list. But once again, you need to test and automate the whole process, not to mention store the customer’s details - another service that will cost money.
Having affiliates sell your products and services is one of the greatest ways if not the best way to gain more reach but how do you manage them? You've got to track the traffic, clicks and sales they generate not to mention pay them. This requires another service you have to pay for.
In recent times some companies have become multi-service. The more of these services a company can offer the cheaper it becomes for you, not to mention the time saved logistically because of a shorter learning curve and support for all the services is in the one place. Imagine being able to build and operate a complete ecommerce business from the one service and the one bill?
Finding a solution to all of the above requires finding a company that offers domain registration, web hosting and web hosting related services including a web site builder; a shopping cart and merchant account to accept online payments; marketing tools including opt-ins, auto responders, email and newsletter list management, affiliate tracking and promotional services, ad tracking and customer interaction; and to top it off, have training materials by way of online videos, online user guides, a knowledge base and an expert support team experienced enough to deal with all aspects of running an ecommerce business including technical support. Find one of these and you have the most powerful partner possible to help you in operating your successful ecommerce business. Facts about PHP Programming Language By: John Wircken PHP which is officially known as ‘Hypertext Preprocessor’ was released in the year 1995. Initially written as a set of Common Gateway Interface (CGI) in ‘C’, PHP was originally designed to replace a set of Perl scripts to maintain his Personal Home Pages (also known as PHP). PHP was originally designed to create dynamic and more interactive web pages. It is the most widely-used, open-source and general-purpose scripting language. It is a server-side scripting language often written in a HTML context. PHP code in a script can query databases, create images, read and write files and talk to remote servers. The output from PHP code is combined with HTML in script and the result is sent to the user.
It is possible to use PHP in almost every operating system. PHP can be used in all major operating systems including Linux, Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, and RISC OS. PHP uses procedural programming or object oriented programming and also a mixture of them. PHP is used mainly in server-side scripting, command line interface and writing desktop applications. PHP also supports ODBC, the Open Database Connection standard which allows you to connect to other databases supporting this world standard. Server-side scripting is the most traditional one for PHP development. In order to use PHP for server-side scripting you need a PHP parser, a web server and a web browser. The PHP codes entered with the parser on a web server will be translated into a PHP page that can be viewed on your web browser.
PHP is a popular language because it can be embedded directly into HTML coding. It has more benefits such as the following - it can be used on all major operating systems and can be supported by most of the web servers. The latest version of PHP development is a very stable and grown-up language used for web programming like Java and Microsoft C#. Both the PHP engine and the PHP code can be used on any platform, which makes PHP extremely flexible.
PHP has many features designed specifically for use in websites. PHP can be used to make your website secure by implementing mandatory sign in feature – asking the user or the administrator to enter a valid username and password. Adding such a feature is easy as PHP can display a HTML form and process the information that the user types in. This ‘sign in’ feature can be an excellent way of getting to know about your customer’s profile.
The popularity of PHP Development continues to grow rapidly because it has many advantages. PHP is fast because the time needed to process and load a webpage is relatively low. PHP is also versatile and it runs on a wide variety of operating systems. PHP hosting is a server-side scripting environment that is used to create dynamic web pages. It is an open source language which is widely used by programmers and web developers. Open source gives a lot of advantages over proprietary programming languages. Due to this reason, PHP has been the one of the most popular server-side scripting language so far. Almost all the hosting providers offer PHP hosting services these days. PHP is especially strong in relational databases, which are used for dynamic content and e-commerce applications. The article is written by John Wircken. It is mainly based upon PHP Development More Articles Visit : http://www.yourwebarticles.com
