If you're an average investor, you've taken it on the chin the past few months. The S&P peaked in October 2007 and the market has been in a bear market down trend. Let's look at why things have not worked out. Let me list a couple of reasons:
Well, if you listened to their advice and bought 5 years ago, you are sitting on a small gain and a negative return adjusted for inflation. If you had bought 10 years ago, you are roughly even but after inflation, are sitting on a much smaller nest egg. Meanwhile, if an investor had managed to just follow some simple indicators, he/she would have gotten out of the market in Dec 2007. For this simplest of simple indicators that will have you in for a bull market and out of a bear market and has worked 100% of the time, contact us at the website listed below and we'll send it to you. That being said, what's an investor to do? It is our opinion that we will continue to be in a bear market for at least another year. Preservation of capital is paramount. The market will stay treacherous and small investors will succumb to selling at the worst possible time. The market is set up to steal from the middle class and give to the rich, or in other words, to make sure the vast majority of participants lose money. Here is our suggestion. We have successfully navigated the market over the past two years with an almost perfect record allowing our newsletter subscribers to make switches in their portfolios and avoid huge losses, and be positioned for huge gains. If you're considering a web design project you've no doubt heard about the outsourcing wave and how much cheaper it is to work with an offshore company. Maybe you will be able to learn from my experiences. I first decided I needed a website about 2 years ago. How to find a web designer? Well, I figured if a design company was able to rank for "web design" on google and had good designs they were probably a good fit. The first company I spoke with was keli.com. Keli was very nice and told me that my job required a greater talent than she had and recommended the "top seo and web design" team from the U.K. The name of the company design-insite.co.uk. The initial quote for our web project was $20k and when Peter found that we would be okay with $20k he immediately told me that I had misheard his accent and that it would actually be $45k. Well, we told him that was a joke and managed to negotiate a fair price of roughly $5k. Long story short, they delivered a site with about 5 pages only after I had to hire a lawyer and threaten them and along the way they also cheated me out of an additional $1600 in linking fees. Buyer beware. I since got my website designed for $250 by a very nice outfit on GAF. It ranks on page one for real estate investments and while I did a lot of work on the content the design was awesome. Good experience. Problem is they are too busy for future work so I was forced to look again to other companies to get work done. I then had the misfortune of coming up with the notion that a local designer would be a better way to go as I could monitor the work locally and have control. Well my craigslist ad was answered by a company out of India called Photon Infotech. They were very persistent and told me that i would get a discount etc etc and have a nice website so I allowed myself to be persuaded to work with them. Photon Infotech turned out to be a horrible experience. After asking for a $2000 deposit, they have not delivered a single deliverable and continue to refuse to do so. This company is the biggest bunch of lazy crooks that I have ever come across. They troll craigslist and apparently have made a reputation for harassing people on craigslist looking for web designers and have also generated numerous complaints for violating do not call lists. There are many complaints about them out there. I strongly recommend that you think long and hard about working with this company. I have complained about them to the BBB and even the BBB has been unable to resolve my complaint. They have not refunded my money to this date. Be very careful if you work with Photon Infotech

General Care for Itching Obtain a vet exam to rule out serious problems if the itching persists for very long. This is especially true in puppies as mange is a possibility. Check for fleas and ticks as well. Have your companion checked right away if there is loss of apetite or lethargy, or if you develop itchiness and you have a puppy (possibly mange). Have an examination soon if a) itching persists more than a week or two b) if open sores or crusts develop and if the condition spreads to other parts of the body. Mild topical solutions may alleviate the itch enough while homeopathic treatment begins its work. Oatmeal baths or soaks help some animals, as does topical application of a tea or infusion of yellow dock. This herb is available at most health food or herbal stores. Use about one tablespoon of dry herb to one or two cups of water; prepare by pouring boiling water over the herb and let this sit until cool. Strain off the herb and use the liquid topically as a spray or rinse. Other topical products that may help include aloe calendula and green tea. Fasting can provide temporary but significant relief from itchiness. This is partly because it helps keep the intestines clean; this in turn relieves some of the stress on the skin by reducing the need for elimination through the skin. A two to three day fast with a broth and honey or broth and molasses works well if the animal is strong. A one day per week fast is a good maintenance plan. Oral supplements that may help include Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and flax seed oil. Homeopathic remedies to relieve itching include: - Apis Mellifica - Arsenicum Album - Formica Rufa - Ledum Palustre - Mezereum - Rhus Toxicodendron - Silicea - Urtica Urens
