One of the main reasons students choose to come and study with us is our location. We are in Mortimer Street,  a  5 minute walk from Oxford Circus and Oxford Street. We are also only a 10 minute walk from Regent’s Park. Oxford Circus is served by 3 underground lines – the Central , Bakerloo and Victoria and is really easily accessible from all parts of London. There are dozens of different buses that pass Oxford Circus.

The school building is part of the Crown Estate (owned by the Queen!) and was originally a part of Westminster University. The school building has 4 floors, of which we normally occupy 2, expanding to 3 in the summer. There is a lift in the building.

The UIC operations have 10 classrooms which seat a maximum of 14 students each. The total number of students we can teach at any one time in our main building is 130. Some of the rooms are equipped with tables and chairs, others with seminar style chairs which can make for a more convenient style of teaching when communicating is the priority. Classrooms are all equipped with appropriate technology – CD players, TVs dvd players are also available.

Rooms are all bright and well lit, there is air-conditioning where and when appropriate.

We have a cafeteria where you can get freshly prepared food, internet enabled PCs in some of the classrooms as well  as the café and wi-fi throughout the building. We have an internet room with 10 PCs and we are building an up to date internet classroom which will be ready for September 2009.

There is also our main office / reception where you can find our registration team and student services. We have teachers’ room, and offices for the Director of Studies and Principal.

In the summer we use additional classrooms at the University of Westminster – in nearby New Cavendish street. This is no more than a 10 minute walk; we usually have between 6 and 8 rooms there and also an office and teachers’ room. The university provides many facilities – for example, IT facilities, a cafeteria and a bookshop. We also sometimes use classrooms at the School of Economic Science which again is a 10 minute walk away. Classrooms in both these buildings are really very comfortable – light and quiet.

We are continually updating the equipment in the school and trying our best to provide the kinds of facilities you want. Being in central London there are many many cafes, restaurants and snack bars as well as libraries and internet facilities. If you ever need something that is not in the school you simply have to ask.

Thanks to the Roman charm of its central location, striking designer lines, luxurious furnishings, and smashing view, the Dafne apartment is without doubt a prime choice for a truly memorable and special stay in Rome. This apartment will seduce you with its top-end character and the same level of comfort you would expect from a grand hotel.
This special apartment is perfectly located in the historical centre of Rome, just adjacent to the Oppian Hill gardens where you can find the ruins of the Baths of Trajan. This extraordinary bath complex was built on the remains of the Domus Aurea, Nero’s Golden house constructed after the great fire of Rome. A part of the Domus Aurea has been recently opened to the public, after many years of renovation, and it is possible to tour around the surviving terraces and fountains and explore the atmospheric underground chambers of this exciting building.
Unlike other central parts of Rome, this neighbourhood is well known for is quietness and lots of green spaces. From the apartment a short 5 minute walk will have you in front of the Coliseum and the Roman Forum. Among other popular sites, two of the four major Basilicas of Rome are easily reachable on foot: St. John the Lateran, the oldest church in town, and St. Mary the Mayor, considered by many to be the most beautiful church in Rome after St Peter's.
The apartment is also very well served by public transportation with the nearby Cavour underground station which allows to quickly reach any of the cultural and historical attractions on your list of Rome must-sees. And for your leisure moments, there are many lovely shops, bars and restaurants to explore and discover in this charming part of Rome.
Located on the third floor of a beautiful renaissance building (once an ancient convent) with elevator, this two-level apartment has recently undergone a full renovation from floor to ceiling, using high-quality materials, fittings and furnishings.
There is so much making this apartment special. There are the big light-endowing windows. There are the exposed ancient beams. There are the great design and architectural details. Not to forget the spectacular view directly over the bath of Trajans..

The recently refurbished building in the very heart of Barcelona's Ciutat Vella has a fully renovated elevator to take you from the large and spacious entrance to the top floor. With bars, clubs and hundreds of restaurants right on the doorstep of the apartment, you do not need to go far to enjoy all that the old town of Barcelona has to offer. A holiday stay at this convenient accommodation will make your adventures around Barcelona easy to plan.

The Matisse I apartment is located right in the middle of Barcelona city, making it accessible to all areas of interest in Barcelona such as the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, El Borne and Plaça Catalunya. A short walk from the apartment you will find the superb food and produce market called La Boqueria on Las Ramblas, an absolute must for any visitor to Barcelona.
