But I have found that you will need to set a schedule. The idea here is to create a schedule of regular working hours. It makes no difference what those hours are but make a schedule just like you were going to work. Let’s face it that is what you are doing just without the commute, or should I say, with a 30 second commute.

Also limit your time working at home. At first you will want to go at it whenever possible but don’t throw your priorities out the window especially if you have a wife and children. They need your attention too.

I know when I started I my unlimited cash from home business, my wife would always complain that I was always on the computer and I never spent time with the her or the kids. I finally realized she was right and turned to setting specific hours to work my business.

Next you will need to create a prioritized to-do list at the end of each business day for the following day. Why do this at the end of the day and not when you start your day? If you set-up your day before the day starts you will have a sense of direction and daily goals to accomplish, as to spending an hour of the morning trying to think of the things you may not have finished the day before and other items that needed to be brought to the following day of business.

Another suggestion would be to list the things that you really don’t like to do first, and there will be plenty of those, so you can accomplish these tasks while you are still fresh. Remember that the things we don’t like to do the most are usually the things that will create the most profit.

One of the biggest obstacles you will face with making money from home is the everyday distraction. That is why it is very important to be sure that you have a clean, clutter free workspace that is not in a high traffic area in your home. Make sure it is well lighted and away from some of the more distracting rooms like the kitchen or living room. The ideal place would be a spare room with a door if possible.

Other distraction are those daily phone calls from friends and family calling you in the middle of the day knowing you are home now and having nothing to do with their time. My suggestion would be sure to have a business line and some type of voicemail or at the least a message machine. With today’s phone companies it is very inexpensive to get voicemail and all the bells and whistles add so you do not get distracted from your daily tasks at hand.

Last suggestion is to enjoy your freedom. Be sure to have time in your day to enjoy the flexibility your newly found money making business from home. Take a 10-minute break every hour to get some fresh air or just to get up and stretch. If you have been working on a big project that has taken a lot of your time, take a few hours and go see an afternoon movie or take yourself out to lunch.

Just a little humorist statement: If you sleep for eight hours per day (night) and you work for eight hours you still have eight hours left for yourself to use on a hobby or to relax. Ever wondered where all the time have gone to?
