This is much better for the environment than the billions of printed magazines that are produced every year. The community is sort of like a MySpace type community, but is geared towards only young women or men interested in beauty, health, and fashion. There is also a much more strict policy in place about women showing too much skin to attract people as on sites like MySpace. Teens and young people can also apply to volunteer as a site model or writer, which has it's benefits because they can experience first hand what it's like to see yourself in a magazine that is adored by several young female readers. For most teens and young females, it has been their long-time dream to be featured in a magazine, so now is their chance! Webzines are sometimes provided to all for free, like Stunnazine.com is, however some may have a membership fee or subscription fee. Either way, webzines can provide someone with valuable information that is right at their disposal. Regular magazine subscriptions can be very irritating sending offers to your mail box all the time. Some webzines may do the same thing to your email inbox, so be wary of this. Stunnazine does not solicit one's information, and they have a very strict privacy policy to back this up. Currently, they only send one or two emails a month to remind their subscribers of an updated monthly issue or a generalized beauty tip. The internet is a fascinating place and one can find tons of valuable information. Although .com stands for commercial, many webzines like Stunnazine are not for profit but simply want to provide the world's teen and young women with useful information. Rather than buying magazines off a shelf or signing up for a subscription, internet users can now use webzines to fulfill everything they would get out of a printed magazine, all while saving the environment. No paper will be wasted in distributing trillions of magazine pages to people, no highly toxic ink will be used - everything is over the internet.

Several of my contacts and I have been "reporting abuse" on MySpace profiles which feature nearly nude women with links to their adult websites.
Numerous times, MySpace has contacted us back informing us that these profiles do not violate any terms of service. They clearly did in fact violate each of these terms listed on the violation of terms help section:

8.3 exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;

8.4 contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;

8.15 for band, comedy, filmmaker and other profiles, uses sexually suggestive imagery or any other unfair, misleading or deceptive Content intended to draw traffic to the profile;

8.21 covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your personal profile page, or any MySpace page via HTML/CSS or any other means; (many of these women covered the "report abuse at the bottom as well as all myspace banners)

8.29 displaying an unauthorized commercial advertisement on your profile, or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity through the unauthorized or impermissible use of the MySpace Services on behalf of that person, such as placing commercial content on your profile, posting blogs or bulletins with a commercial purpose, selecting a profile with a commercial purpose as one of your "Top 8" friends, or sending private messages with a commercial purpose; (asking for money to pay off AMEX card which used to get breast implants - and also to visit adult websites)

I am now forced to believe that MySpace is the one of the biggest sex industries online. They allow this type of content to continue being posted so they gain more traffic. Just think, without these types of sexually exploitative profiles, MySpace wouldn't be as big as they are.

I own a teen-friendly website, in which I used to have a MySpace account linking to my site. My MySpace account was deleted because of this. MySpace is very serious in following their terms of violation for anyone trying to promote themselves or their business with the exception of half naked girls with over 10,000 friends and links to their adult sites. It is absolutely disgusting.

Most often, while having a killer headache, the first thing most people do is reach for the aspirin, Tylenol, whichever pain medication they have laying around. All they are doing is temporarily covering up the pain. They are not solving the problem that is causing the headache. By following this advice for teens and few simple tips - you can help eliminate your headaches and ban them from coming back.

Tip 1
Drink water. Lots of water. It is well known that by re hydrating your body, your headache is likely to subside because you are no longer dehydrated. This is one of the main causes of headache.

A group of pharmacists I knew also suggested that by drinking one glass of Gatorade, your headache will be gone within an hour. It is more effective and safe than taking medication. This was told to me by pharmacists! They clearly know about medications and side effects, etc. Powerade or Pedialyte should work the same as Gatorade or a few glasses of water. The main thing is that you replenish your body with either plain water, or a drink that contains electrolytes (such as Pedialtye, Gatorade, or Powerade).

Tip 2
Stay away from Caffeine or alcohol. It may temporary block your headache, but since your body will be so dehydrated from the caffeine or alcohol, your headache will hit you twice as hard when it comes back.

Tip 3
Sometimes all it takes to eliminate a headache is visiting a chiropractor. A headache is many times caused by the way you have been sitting. Your upper back or neck may have been in a bad position for hours (like holding the phone between your ear and neck, or sitting with your back slouched for a few hours). They way you sit and position your body daily can definitely cause back and neck problems - which will ultimately result in a headache. Your chiropractor can adjust your neck so it is aligned again, or can check for pinched nerves.

If you don't have a chiropractor, simply massage and stretch your neck. Do gentle head rolls and tilt your head side-to-side and hold each stretch for a few seconds. Finish off the stretching with a neck and temple massage and a nice glass of Gatorade or water.

As editor of an online teen magazine I decided to share these tips with you because they really work! I don't think people - especially young teens, should be taking over the counter drugs for something that can be cured more effectively in a more safe and organic way! After I started these techniques I've hardly had any headaches. When I can't see my chiropractor regularly and I get a headache, I use these techniques and the headache never lasts longer than half an hour. Better yet, it's completely gone after it goes away. Unlike those headaches that go away after taking pills and comes right back in 6-8 hours.

Do your body some good, save your internal organs from taking unnecessary medication like Tylenol or Aspirin for something as simple as a headache and try these tips next time you get a headache.

If you have your ex's address or email address, you should send them something that is unique or genuine to them. Maybe they once told you they love a certain sports team - get them tickets to a game they can take their best friend to. That will score you points with their friend who will most likely convince him/her to get back together with you! Or if you have their address, order them their favorite pizza or delivery item - and pay for it. Maybe they're a World of Warcraft player. Get them a key chain with their character printed on it. You don't even have to buy them something. Make them something instead. Whatever is genuine to them. And only do this. Don't whine to them that you did this for them and that was sweet of you. They know it is. Just do this one nice, sweet gesture and leave it alone. The next step is up to them. Keep in mind it could take some time for them to do the next step, so be patient. Take it easy, don't let them think you're desperate or anything! Don't always be available, but don't let them think everyone else is more important than them either. If you're in a long distance relationship and you're always gone with your friends, at least give our significant other a little attention. Call them or talk to them online just once a week, or once every two weeks just to chat and tell them how wonderful you think they are. Text at least once while your out to show them they are important to you even while your out having fun! If you're at a party for example, randomly text them and say, "Hey I'm at a party and this song came on that totally made me think of you. Anyways hope ur having fun tonight!" And don't text back at all unless they give you a reason to. If they send you back a long text, or if they ask you a question, that is. Just don't spend the majority of your time texting or talking to them. You'll miss out on great times with your friends! Things should work out between the two of you as long as you show each other respect. The last bit of teen advice I can give is that you are young, and you have a world of great and interesting people to meet! Take this time to be glad you're single and free for fun and new adventures! So what, you've lost someone who you thought was great. Clearly they will never be worth your time because others you meet will be so into you! They'll appreciate you and think the world of you, and you'll find that you feel the same for them! Have fun with your friends for now, and work on becoming the best you can be without worry that the dumb guy or girl who doesn't see how great you are is "your bf/gf" and is out cheating or looking for someone else so they can dump you. Stay away from that loser and enjoy life! I hope this teen advice helped you out!

Suddenly you notice that your boyfriend is acting differently than he acts. He's suddenly more concerned with his appearance than he used to be. He is starting to act more loving towards you, or the complete opposite and is acting somewhat guilty. Hhe definitely is not being himself. Does this mean he's cheating? Well, if your man's behavior changes, chances are that something has changed with him. Let's take a look at the signs of how to tell if your boyfriend is cheating.

Your boy starts wearing a new style of clothing or he is doing his hair differently. Why? Is it because he likes a girl that is into that type of style? He suddenly has new interests like a certain type of T.V. show he never had interest in before. Is he suddenly spending more time getting ready for school or work in the morning? This may be the first sign of a cheater.

Your gut feeling tells you he is cheating. Okay, you think. It's just a feeling I have. But the truth is, it's probably not just a feeling. Why else would you have it? Human beings are not robots. We just don't rely on our instincts as much as animals because over the millions of years, we have learned to communicate - and so, we ignore our instincts. But they are still somewhat there! Do you feel insecure in your relationship? And if so, why. Your instincts are probably telling you something isn't right.

Now, you probably won't be able to acuse your boyfriend of cheating simply because your gut feeling tells you he is. So you'll need to get some evidence to back this up. Let's take a look at the evidence that may help you determine if your boyfriend is cheating on you. Does your boyfriend suddenly have new friends in his life that he's hanging out with all the time? Does he go out with his buddies and never invite you? Your boyfriend should at least invite you to go along once in a while. It's understandable if he wants to have a night out alone with his guy pals, but if he never invites you to meet them or hang out with them, something isn't right. He shouldn't be embarrassed of you, and he should have fun with you so much that he would love for you to hang out with him and his buddies once in a while. He should also be able to tell you who he was with and what they did. If he can't keep his story straight, he is lying. One thing to keep in mind is, the world famous psychiatrist, Sigmund Freud's famous line was, "deception oozes out of his every pore.." meaning, when someone is lying, you can always tell, but you need to pay very close attention in order to see it. He might have a sudden slip of the tongue, you know he'll say something and immediately change his wording. Don't ignore that. Take it as a sign that he is lying. Maybe he does something else everytime he lies like scratches his head or stutters. Maybe not. Put it to the test - ask him something you know he'll lie about, and see how he reacts as he is answering. Monitor his body language or tone of voice. Then when you ask him a question you should be able to tell if he is lying or not.

Does your boyfriend suddenly start to get angry with you for no reason? Or does he just come out and and accuse you of cheating? This could be because he feels guilty about what he's doing to you, and he doesn't feel that guilt anymore, so he blames you. The most obvious clue that he is cheating, is when he is suspiciously text messaging somebody all the time, or someone is constantly calling his phone and you don't know who it is. He might claim that it's just one of his friends. You might find out later it's another female, but they're just friends. A good female-friend would respect that he is with his girlfriend and would back off a little. So to be 100% sure your boyfriend is cheating, the evidence usually lies within his cell phone, or instant messenger list, because he needs to talk to the other girl somehow. Sneak his cell if you can, and look at his sent folder of his text messages, or the suspicious looking numbers saved on his phone. In reality, you shouldn't have to go that far. You should know your boyfriend is either cheating, wishes he were with someone else, or simply just not worth your time If he is acting suspiciously and making you worry. So is he cheating? If you're feeling anxious about your relationship, there is a problem and you should confront him about it.
