Using HTML site maps is a way you can utilize to make sure that your site is up to date in the internet and search engine database.

What is a site map?

A site map basically is a page that features or lists the links you have on your web site. This will make it easier for search engines to proceed and spider your web site. It is usually found near the bottom page of a web site.

Why are site maps important?

An HTML site map is important. It should contain the top level pages. In one page, there should be just about the right amount of links in it. The link should not exceed 100 for more favorable views.

There are certain benefits in having a good HTML sitemap. This generally would assure any potential customer to easily navigate the site, find exactly what they came to look for. The site map page will serve as a tool for your visitors. This way they will opt to visit your site more if they can easily browse and find their way in your web site. It can also ensure that your visitors can very well stay in your web site.

Good links will also ensure you that spiders will locate your web site easily each week. This will make your site indexed by the important search engines online. This will also avoid your site from being dropped.

However, HTML site maps may serve more important purpose than merely as another link to click on. The specific purpose you should consider in having a site map is to make it easier for search engine robots to ?crawl? in your web site. Pages are located by search engines through ?crawling.? It is a process that goes through the index of a page, following the links and adding the pages to the database.

The problem would come in when search engines fail to locate the page because links are not that accessible. It is the site map that will address this dilemma. Search engines will be given access to the different links in your web site simply by following the site map in your home page.

Here are some important pointers in creating your HTML site map.
1. Get tutorials on how to make your site map. There are available pages online that can give you a step-by-step guide in coming up with a good website.

2. You can also ensure that your site map looks good, to make it more pleasing to the eye of your visitor and to make navigation easier. You can get ideas for a properly designed site map online too.

3. Make sure that your site map will provide also the links to the important pages in your web site. This way your visitors will not get lost. At the same time you can ensure that your guests will still be able to get the general idea of your web site structure. It is advisable that you make links as simple as possible.

4. Make the link to your site map as visible and obvious as possible in your homepage. Visitors should not spend too much time in locating it or else you might end up losing them.

5. A site map serves more like a table of contents of your website. It should provide all of the different sections of your internet site with all the information and data that may be found in each section.

6. Each of the contents in your site map must have a hyperlink to its respective URL.

7. If you will have to give way to numerous links, you can make use of several pages. You could numbers each site-map page or you could also make use of the contents in naming each site-map.

Having an HTML site map will furthermore help you in maximizing traffic to your web site. Just make sure that your homepage as well all the internal pages are properly indexed. Creating a site map will definitely make things more efficient for you. The links to all the pages in your website will be directly connected to your homepage.

Aim high for your internet marketing endeavors. The more links you have to your site, the higher is the possibility of getting a good rank among the major search engines, so don?t hesitate to learn the rules of the game and make yourself a sure winner.

Anti Aging Diet Care Anti Aging Diet Care by Marianna Pells

Many anti-aging products nowadays guarantee customers with favorable effects. However, what these customers don't know is that if they are to maximize the effects of these anti aging diet care methods, they must do their share of limiting themselves to eating healthy foods, lowering calories, and increasing their fluid intake.

Reducing calorie intake is one of the best way to start looking young and feeling young. Lowering your intake of calories can help reduce health risks and extend life expectancy. Studies show that limiting calorie intake can prevent certain ailments and diseases which are mostly associated with physical maturity.

Studies conducted on the relationship between aging and calorie intake shows that people in their 50s with restricted calorie intake have blood pressures of a ten-year old, are more physically active and have lesser chances of getting heart failures and hypertension. The same laboratory experiment conducted on animals also show the same positive results.

This is because, as according to Hormesis Hypothesis of calorie restriction, minimal calorie in our body lowers biochemicals in our body that produce stress and aging. The more calorie we take and the more stressed-out our body is, the more chance there is of our body aging faster than its normal pace.

While controlled calorie intake has been proven to improve overall health, simply eating healthier foods as part of your anti aging diet care plan could already make a big difference. Fruits and vegetables are well-known for their anti aging qualities because of the antioxidants they contain. Other foods also contain age-fighting qualities. Here are more specific foods that may help in improving overall health:

Berries - berries are good sources of flavanoids and antioxidants. These two anti-aging properties help prevent free radicals from attacking and damaging your cells, thus, delaying aging.

Avocados - These fruits contain monounsaturated fat, which can lower down bad cholesterol in the body. It is also a good source of potassium that prevents high blood pressure and Vitamin E, which heals and maintains the health of skin.

Nuts - Nuts contain high levels of protein and minerals that strengthens the body's immune system. It also helps repair damaged body cells, making it an excellent diet for those on an anti-aging diet care.

Garlic - This has been known to prevent heart disease.

Cruciferous vegetables - Broccoli, cauliflower and radish are a few examples of cruciferous vegetables that are said to prevent cancer.

Water therapy is one of the more popular forms of anti-aging diet care methods and health practices we have today. When the body is not getting the adequate water it needs relative to the physical activities it performs on a daily basis, dehydration may likely happen. Dehydration, in turn, may cause stress-induced damage on our body's cells. Therefore, the more physical stressed-out a body is, the more it requires to be hydrated.

Fasting, or the avoidance of food and drinking only water for a certain period, is also known to help delay aging. Fasting with adequate hydration can help flush out toxins in our body, as well as help control our weight. Fasting can also result to healthier skin (due to fasting's detoxifying effect on the body), better bowel movement, better blood circulation and delayed cell deterioration.

How To Market Your Market How To Market Your Market by

Anyone who has ever thought of having their own business ? whether it is from home or an office downtown ? has probably sought the help of marketing software or companies. MLM marketing, or Multi Level Marketing, is a combination of direct marketing and franchise; now it is often called network marketing and yes, it is similar to the calling network you get from your cell phone company. Others have called it a pyramid market, where you start with your company owner on top then it literally scales down? the president calls two people, those two call two each and so on. The question is: if your business is selling the MLM network software, how do you (or should you) go about marketing that?

There are many different venues in which to advertise your MLM network software, but you have to utilize the one that will bring you the most business and is the most relevant to your area. You don?t want to erect street side signs in a very rural area; this is where you?d want the internet or phone book advertisements. In a highly populated city you might want to use fliers or the reciprocal services of other companies.

The internet is going to be the first thing you look into. This is your most comprehensive way to reach hundreds of millions of customers who are interested in starting their own businesses. It?s simple, really and there are many different avenues to take when using the internet as a marketing tool. First off, you can do banners ? you know the ones that are sprawled across the top of a webpage that makes the page itself take forever to load. They work well when they?re animated or flashy because they really grab someone?s attention. Something else to do is purchase keywords from internet search engines. The more keywords (or tags, depending on the engine) you have, the better your chances will be of having your business being at the top of the list. Another thing to do on the internet is take the emails of existing customers and send out mass emails about your new product or service.

Television works wonders as well and if you have enough money put into it, you can choose the time slots in which you wish your commercials to appear. Something else to consider is street side signs, or fliers. Go to technology or computer sales stores and give them your business cards and offer reciprocal services: they advertise about your MLM marketing and you?ll advertise about their computer repair services. You can even take out an ad in the phone book under computers or software or technology. Another thing to think about is word of mouth. If you live in a town that is not the size of New York City then this may work really well for you ? just have a friend start out telling someone who needs your service and, if what you provide is a good service, they?ll tell their friends.

Is The Idea Of A Traditional Family, Dead Or Just Sleeping Is The Idea Of A Traditional Family, Dead Or Just Sleeping by Carl Hampton -

A recent survey has shown that traditional marriage is not the preferred living arrangement in the U.S. That's right, read it again. Better yet, let me rephrase it. The so called, traditional family household, is beginning to diminish in numbers.

Should we really be shocked by these findings? I did a small survey of my own, I asked twenty people mostly friends over the course of two weeks how many of their family or friends were married or just living together. Guess what, the numbers came out to half and half and they seem to have been that way for a long time.

In 2005, the American Community Survey conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau (USCB) sifted through all possible records. That means the U.S.C.B. searched through records regarding family to national politics. The results were that 50.2 percent of American households were not married. Out of the 55.8 millions households, 14 million were ran by single mothers, 5 million were ran by single fathers, and 36.7 million were ?non family households? - which were heterosexual or gay couples that were cohabiting.

Within those statistics 30 million unmarried women and men were living alone. Those that were unmarried tend to live in larger metropolitan cities like Los Angeles and New York. As for those married households, they only made up 55.2 million households, and they lived in the Midwest and the West. That is a drastic drop from 2000 survey when the married population was up to 105.5 million households.

The picture becomes a little bit more questionable once we involve politics. The Bush administration has for the past few years pushed towards a better understanding of family unity and family values. President Bush and his administration has even created special tax breaks, legislation, and church sponsored campaigns to instill an understanding of family but it seems to have had little or no effect.
