People always try to lose weight by themselves. They try to diet with their own plan, exercise in their spare time, or just go on more walks. This may work sometimes, but it rarely has success. The main reason being, there is no set, documented program that TELLS you what you need to do and makes sure that you keep track of it. This helps many people because they can see where they are making progress and they can see where they may need to work a little bit harder. I'm not saying that programs will work for everyone, but what I am saying is that a program will definatley help you A LOT more than if you did not use one.
