With these simple chicken recipes you can expand the repertoire of the chicken recipes and prepare variety of dishes. These recipes are easy to prepare and delicious too. Whether you want to prepare a chicken dish with chicken breasts, boneless chicken, chicken drumsticks and other parts you will find hundreds of recipes for each. Simply grab the right recipe and prepare a delicious chicken dish in no time. Anyone can prepare perfect chicken dish. All you need to do is follow a simple chicken recipe and follow some useful tips along with it. Here are some tips for you for that matter. If you are calorie conscious then the chicken breast is the part which offers the least fat content. Also, the skin contains forty percent of the fat thus remove the skin but remember if you are grilling or baking chicken, then let the skin stay on and remove it only when cooked. Instead of frying chicken, prefer to broil, grill or bake chicken. If you are cutting through the raw chicken skin or bones then use kitchen shears instead of knives. Chicken shrinking is a problem that one face during chicken cooking. To prevent this from happening, use a knife to peel the breast from the tendon at the length of breast. For retaining moisture in the chicken brine the chicken before you are to cook it. For brining, place chicken in salted water for about an hour in the refrigerator. During shopping for chicken, read the label for complete nutritional information, product information etc. Choose a chicken that is plump and moist. If you are purchasing frozen chicken, the chicken should be hard rock. As for fresh chicken, it should have no sign of ice formation or freezing. You can also save money on parts by purchasing whole chicken and then cut it into parts yourself. Given below is an easy and simple chicken recipe for you. Ingredients required are: a. 8 pieces of boneless and skinless Chicken thighs b. 1/3 cup of Lemon juice c. cup of Olive oil d. 10-15 peeled Garlic cloves e. cup of Chicken broth f. 1 tbsp of Oregano( dried) g. Salt and pepper- as per requirement For preparing, first preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Now place the garlic in the roasting pan and place the chicken thighs over it. Top the chicken with all the ingredients and season with pepper and salt. Now place in pre-heated oven. Roast the chicken till golden brown but turn it occasionally. Take chicken out when the broth has almost evaporated. Serve chicken and garlic with lemon wedges.
