  • 3 slices of bread torn up into crumbs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup, barbecue sauce
  • Greased muffin pan
  • Ice cream scoop

Step 1:
Place all ingredients in a bowl without the ketchup and mix well. Mixture should be wet and sticky.

Step 2:
Use the ice cream scoop to round out balls of the mixture into the greased pan.

Step 3:
Cover with ketchup or barbecue sauce.

Step 4:
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until inserted thermometer reads 160 degrees while inserted into the middle of the ball.

Tips & Warnings

  • Stick a drink umbrella after covering with the new food colored "green" ketchup that they carry in most grocery stores. Make a grassy hill or a funny face.
  • Always check the meat to ensure that it has been cooked and fluids run clear.
