Great Debute Post here at flixya for you J :) .First post and it's a winner for sure ,
And your right in the persuasive style for writing article titles to drive more attention like 'Dr.Joe Vitale' i guess.

Thanks for all the great comments everyone.

More posts to come ... :) Thomas, you have inspired one of them for sure. And ilbiscom; great point about sharing across other social media sites. Interesting note about the Digg ban .. will have to look into that one.

I really liked the post and found the information very useful. My thought would be you would have to be very active and be contributing content which has the ability to take off. Thats the only I personally see the ability to generate cash from this site.

'Luckily there are some people who are doing that very research and publishing it online. Check out this page ...'

Thanks for the link. I saw a similar list on someone's sales page but as I neglected to save the link, I cannot locate the sales page any longer. I'll just use the search phrase 'highest paying search terms' in the future and see what I can find. Thanks again for the info.

Many of the search terms on that list are very unappealing for most readers of flixya, don't you think? Need to find some more appealing search term subjects to target for blogging articles. If the majority of people have little need for the AdSense ads listed, few if any will click on them. Although something like 'car insurance rate quotes' (@$42 per) might get someone's attention who's in the market.

Agreed .. they have a done a great job on the current version of the site.

Good point about Tagging too ... :)

In terms of keywords, I've learned that tagging is really important, as it helps people find the information in the Flixya search engine for those who accurately tag their photos and stuff. As for search engines, the old Flixya drove 80% of the traffic! Can't wait until this happens with the latest version. I've never seen a site so optimized before, but I know it takes time.

Thanks Thomas ..

Luckily there are some people who are doing that very research and publishing it online. Check out this page ...

http://www.cwire.org/highest-paying-search-terms/

Top terms listed there are paying over $60 a click ... The Google AdSense algo is of course a mystery, however treat your content page as you would any other page you are trying to get ranked in the search engines and Google usually does a very good job matching ads to content.

I'll definitely read your post later tonight. Thanks.

Good solid advice. I've heard about the price fluxuation in certain topics and was wondering how you might go about finding out which areas are more lucrative. What would you search for in Google? And can you always be assured that Google will supply the correct ads for that topic in your Flixya blog?

If you have an opportunity, check out this post and see what you think. http://www.flixya.com/blog/ThomasEliot
