I just got home from the Big Island. It was amazing! The beach was beautiful, the strange dried lava rock all over the island was really incredible. The stars at night were so bright and there were so many of them. And the snorkeling was also fantastic. So many different kinds of fish.  Makes mewant to do more to protect the environment. (I changed all my lightbulbs to the low energy kind.)

I also went to volcanoes national park. That was extremely cool. We stayed right by the old crater at the top of the volcano!
