I have some tips on how to jump higher that should help you achieve just that. Most people want to be able to jump higher, for whatever reason, but they aren't sure how. The people that don't want to try usually say that they have bad genetics and there just isn't anything they can do about it. Well, this is all just limited thinking. We can all jump significantly higher. I was able to jump up to 8 inches higher by following very simple exercises to jump higher. That's why I'm going to show you what you need to do to achieve this. One of the best tips on how to jump higher is doing squats. A lot of people think that this is works more of the upper leg, which would make it better for someone like a hockey player. This is totally untrue. Squats work the entire leg and more importantly, the muscles that you use to actually jump. If you actually follow the movement of a squat, it follows a slow motion jump. Another tip on how to jump higher is the tip of your toe technique. This is a little different and it's a lot harder than you think. Can you walk around on the tips of your toes for a full 30 minutes? How about walking backwards like that? This is a tough one, but it's typically these tough ones that have the most impact on the way you jump.
