Would you like to get in to the holiday spirit? Why not take the family on a little getaway to Greensboro North Carolina? The city has some wonderful Christmas events that your whole family will love.

Most of the activities and events will be taking place in Downtown Greensboro. In order to be close to the Christmas Events, it would be a smart idea to stay at a hotel near Greensboro Four Seasons Town Center.

The Marriott's Courtyard Greensboro is a Four Seasons hotel in Greensboro, NC. It is located right near the Greensboro Coliseum which hosts sporting events, concerts and other events such as Disney on Ice.

The Craftsmen's Christmas Classic Arts & Crafts Festival will also take place at the Greensboro Coliseum on November 27-29. This festival features original designs and work from more than 450 talented artists and craftspeople from all across America. If you want to shop for the holidays, there is something for every style, taste and budget.

Festival of Lights Friday Dec 4 6:00 - 9:00 PM Corner of Elm Street and Friendly The Festival of Lights is a free community event. It starts off the Holiday Season with a Community Sing-a-long and Tree Lighting at Center City Park There is a musical Stroll along Elm Street that features over 20 local bands and performing groups. A Winter Wonderland is set up in Hamburger Square Park. The festival also includes Children's Arts & Crafts, Marshmallow Roast, Visit with Santa, Caroling.
