At worst, you only lose what you've done since your last backup - you don't want to lose all the contacts you've spent so much time getting. If you're well protected, you can stick your neck out, risk a little - it's the only way to know what will happen if..... This means more homework - study successes, both online and off, big and small. Decide how much risk you can handle, consider what you are prepared to risk, and try something new. Trial and error is the only way you can truly know what will work for you.

Don't be afraid that making money online is a bad thing. As long as you are not defrauding or cheating your customers, you need not fear doing anything "wrong".
