Who is the boss?

Who is the boss? It is a familiar scene in the work place. We hear the comments from nervous employees,” look busy the boss is coming”. Sometimes we have to give the boss a fake smile. The fear of the boss comes from a survival mechanism that is engrained in the brain. All living things need food and shelter to survive. Humans have been taught that money is the key to their survival. The boss is then seen as equal to your survival. Although this sounds accurate it is actually a misconception. The problem is our perception of who the boss is. It is all how you see it. Because of our perception the boss is seen as our survival. This is the root of the underlying fear. This misperception is worldwide and has caused much suffering to people. The Universe (God) loves and allows you the freedom to see things anyway you chose to, waiting for you to get it right. It is exactly as you think it is. This is Love, to find your own way through your soul as to what is right. There was a time when most minds thought that slavery was o.k. It was justified and legalized in most parts of the world. Then boom! Our consciousness was awakened to our foolishness and we say, “How could we have thought slavery was o.k, enslaving fellow humans for money?” When you see the boss as your survival his or her subconscious picks up on this, then ego is created in him and it grows. The boss picks up on your energy of fear and feeds on this. This leads to even worst treatment for you. Carefully notice that weak employees and the least confident are treated the worst in the work place. So as the ego grows in the boss the fear grows in the employee, this creates the imbalanced condition of many work places.

Now let us look at things from a different perspective. A company (the Boss) needs to survive (make money); in return the boss hires you to help him survive. You are paid a salary in return so you can survive. The karma is “Survive” both need each other to grow. This is the way of the Universe” We are connected like it or not”. No business can survive without others. In this perception it is mutual survival for the whole. You work well and are thankful because you are helping the company and yourself survive. The boss in turn is grateful for you because you are helping him survive. This is Karma in its purest form. Your growth is dependent on each other. So why did this perception get lost in the work place? The problem is actually coming from the workers not the bosses. The worker has organized his life around the salary and this is a mistake, it creates fear that this paycheck will one day stop. A paycheck must meet your needs but that is not enough. The salary must be a springboard it is only a too. A salary is for growth first and material goods second. The secret is to turn your salary into a vehicle of growth; this shifts the power back to balance between you and the boss. You MUST take classes, invest some of your salary or even save some and start your own business. As you do more with your salary the fear of the boss disappears. Some may say my paycheck is too low for any growth.

This is nonsense, I know a girl who saved half her pay for a year and bought a little home! She rents out the basement and lives for free in the house. Now the banks are throwing money at her to buy a 2nd home. This girl was making the minimum wage in the USA, the lowest allowed by law! Bosses know who need the paycheck the most and treat those people the lowest, it is sad but this is the way it is. It is brain thinking not soul thinking in many businesses. The most fearful employees have no confidence and the boss can smell your fear. So, what to do… first thing is to change your perception. The boss needs you for growth and you need him for growth, this is good and how the Universe wants it, do this first and you are well on your way to expanding life! Usually it takes less than a year regardless of your salary to get to a point where you can do something for your growth. As you receive your pay tell yourself part of this is for my growth, be thankful to the Universe regardless of the amount. And watch the growth that is returned to you. This is Karmic law and it never fails!
