GMail Drive shell extension
Dear Friend!
Short tip for today (Friday, June 26, 2009):
Frequently, I need to exchange big files between my office and home computers. While email attachment limitations do not allow sending the attachment bigger than 10-15 MB, and all the free online storage hosts are blocked by our corporate filters, I have found an easy and smart solution on how to convert the unused space in my Gmail account into spare Hard Drive. After small utility installation, GMail Drive acts as any other hard-drive installed on my computer. I can copy files to and from the GMail Drive folder simply by using drag'n'drop like we all used to with the normal Explorer folders. It is free, and you can download the software from the author’s page: http://www.viksoe.dk/code/gmail.htm
Happy socializing and moneymaking!
