How to Combine Minerals and Vitamins for Whole Nut
Minerals vitamins work in combination with each other and taking too much of one vitamin or mineral can create a deficiency in another. You need to know the correct balance or minerals vitamins to ensure the supplement works sufficiently. This is true of both all natural vitamin mineral supplements and the synthetic ones however the synthetic one are not recommended as they are too artificial to be utilized by our bodies. To begin with there are 13 essential vitamins and these are divided into Fat soluble and Water soluble vitamins. Vitamins A, D, E, and K are fat soluble and can be stored by the body. Vitamin C and all B vitamins except for Vitamin B 12 are water soluble and they cannot be stored in the body. So the fat soluble vitamins are stored in the body but the water soluble vitamins are not and must be consumed more frequently than the fat soluble ones. One example of vitamins that should be taken together is C and E because they help each other so they should always be taken together. When you read the back of the label on vitamin mineral supplements you will usually find Vitamins C and E together. Now let’s look at some different minerals vitamins and what each needs to be combined with for whole nutrition and more effective utilization by the body. Basically for better absorption and assimilation certain minerals and Vitamins need others combined with them as a catalyst to help this assimilation process.
