The definition is one who follows fashion trends whether they necessarily like them or not. And we have all seen examples of those victims at the mall. The outfit doesn't have to be complimentary, it just has to be up to date.

Okay, can you beat this... I still have a dress in my closet that I bought in 1984. It's one of those classic styles (my daughter thinks it's hideous) but I bought it on vacation in France years ago a I just can't bring myself to get rid of it. In my opinion it's the closest thing that I'm going to get to designer and I'm sticking to that lol...

lol ... I have some of the same clothes that I wore 10 years ago... I am terrible out about wearing them until they were out ... so fashion to me is whatever is in the closet...
