Before undergoing the hair removal procedure, patients should stop their self-administered hair removal remedies (shaving, plucking, waxing, cream, etc). Hair to be removed should also be allowed their fullest growth because best results are obtained when the hair roots are most prominent.

After Treatment Recommendations
• Use cold or ice pack on the area to reduce swelling.
• Do not use antiseptic to clean the area again after treatment.
• Do not use deodorants, cosmetics, or perfume on the treated areas for about 1-2 days.

• Avoid sunlight exposure for 1 month. If unavoidable, use a sunscreen lotion.
• Avoid swimming for 3 days.
