Spartan workout
Its very simple. Are you ready for this? WE WILL SEE This is the most gruling work out you will ever do but the reward is much greater than the sacrifice. Yeah maybe youll puke. so what, when you finish this you will hate the gym hate the world ,wonder why did i do this to my self and then in that moment when you are walkin out of the gym you will have a moment of revelation and realize what you just accomplished and you will know that no matter what challeng is put in front of you. You will face that challange and defeat it. AND HERE WE GO a) Pullups - 25 reps b) Deadlifts with 135lbs - 50 reps c) Pushups - 50 reps d) 24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps e) Floor wipers - 50 reps f) Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps g) Pullups - 25 reps All exercises are done without scheduled rest between moves.
