When a woman is drawn towards a man, it is the consequence of the man showing her that he has high-quality genes.

A woman wants to bear superior offspring, biologically speaking. Therefore, her main decisive factor when picking a mate is if the man has exhibited alpha male traits (superior genes). Obviously, women don't deliberately make this choice. It is a result of hundreds of thousands of years of evolution.

Human beings are animals. Highly developed animals, but animals nevertheless. When a woman is attracted to a man, her thoughts are not "He has superior genes so I want to mate with him so I can have superior offspring".

More precisely, her thoughts are more than likely "He is a handsome man. I really like him. He makes me feel special". Her emotions tell her this, not her conscious mind.

The courting of a woman is a four part progression and the following lists the sequence. The four steps are:

1. The man demonstrates alpha male qualities and puts in the woman's field of view.

2. The man gets signals from the woman that she is interested in him

3. If the man is interested in the woman, he then moves toward her.

4. The man tactfully gives the woman an opportunity to be alone with him.
