Shake-A-Leg Miami is about one thing...water. Water is the essence of life. At Shake-A-leg Miami we believe in the power of water and its ability to heal and rejuvenate the soul. Our mission is to empower disadvantaged youth and children & adults with disabilities. We run youth and adult programs year round which focus on recreation and education through hands-on activities inlcuding sailing, kayaking, swimming, island explorations, education, art, music, dance, video production, and much more.
