heading East until you hit the
395. Head south past Lake Mono
while snaking in and out of
Nevada. Furnace Creek awaits

Trip Highlights:

In December.. the Serra Nevada
is beautiful & too cold for
most. The 395 is a riding
pleasure, which in the latter
part of the year will split
desert and snow. There's
nothing in Lake Isabella.. but
the ride out of the place is
great fun.
