for a Capital One credit card,

and pay the bill on time and
in full every month will that
help raise my credit score? I
had one when I turned 18 and
wound up defaulting but its
paid off now, and that was 2
years ago. I haven't seen my
credit score and don't know
what it is but I doubt that
its good (I'm looking to move
out of my parents house and
need to improve my score)
