I am extremely overweight,and
through this great tool that
we all call YOUTUBE, i plan on
video documenting my progress
in losing weight.

My goal is to lose 140 LBS in
12 Months. But the greatest
part about it is that the last
3 months i have been studying
for hours on end everything
from dieting, exercising and
independent research programs
on losing weight.

Thus, i truly believe that i
have uncovered the perfect
plan to lose 140 in 12 months
and at the same time avoid
excess skin.

The plan consist of my very
own healthy diet, exercise
routine and body
restorations(i.e. stretch mark
etc.)

I hope you all will follow me
on my journey.
