named Olivia who is accidently
left behind by her family as

The film explores Olivia's

tries to find her own way

This is a two and a half
minute short about a girl

The film was planned, written,
composed, shot and edited in
under two weeks and was made
on a mere £7 budget.
We made our own steadycam from
scratch for £5. The remaining
£2 was spent on sweets and
string (for the fishing rod.)
We are only young-ish (19 and
20, retrospectively) so we're
not exactly loaded/rich and I
think it proves that you do
not need to spend a lot of
money to make a film.D.I.Y,
baby!

We originally made this short
for the Virgin Media Shorts
Competition, however, V.M.S
said that our film could not
be part of the competition
because although it was
uploaded before the deadline,
it was not processed on their
site before the deadline.
Which we think is entirely
unfair because it isn't our
fault that their site took so
long to upload it. Grrr. :(
