'Arcadia,' revolved around
several residents who had
recently disappeared after
failing to comply with the
rules and regulations of the
community they lived in. The
synopsis of this episode is
essentially the same, and
'Arcadia' was the name on the
side of the truck that took
Amber Tamblyn's character
away.Interestingly enough, a
year later in Amber Tamblyn's
show, Joan of Arcadia, she
goes to Arcadia High School.
Note the reference to 'Maple
Street', a possible allusion
to the original TZ episode
'The Monsters Are Due on Maple
Street'.The title of this
episode refers to the tree
which grows within the gated
community.(opening narration)
