hour traffic. his nickname is
'radio' but is most widely
known as, the jacksonville
ninja. ive heard of him
before, and upon visiting a
buddy of mine that came back
from deployment, i caught the
jacksonville ninja in the act.
from what ive heard, this
video that i made inspired the
news to do a story on him.
