Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Bhoj Raj Pokharel has urged the political leaders to refrain from making comments expressing uncertainty about the elections. At a meeting with representatives of political parties to discuss Constituent Assembly Election Regulations, CEC Pokharel urged all the leaders to help in generating nationwide 'election mood.' At the meeting, Pokharel also said there were complications on provisions of finalising candidates by the political parties in the current Act.
