factors. But, having been
there for a while recently, we
believe there's hope! A lot of
stuff is happening these days,
and we strongly believe the
city will turn around one day
and prosper again. It will be
a matter of time, but 10, 20
or 30 years from now, I
believe it will be a very
desirable place to live.
